- After Air Force One is accidentally shot down, the US military takes over the country. This is the regime but some military personnel will not stand for it.
- The premise for "Assassins" centers around a man named Mueller, and his escape from the control of the Regime. In doing so he risks his life and family, so can take back a little part of his soul. It is up to Decker and the group to help him out.
- In "Enemy," Decker and the group must escort a group of Resistance cell leaders back home. The transportation of choice is an old airplane, which comes crashing down.
- The deal is going down and the Resistance is buying Stingers off the black market. The sale is going smoothly until a sudden attack by an unknown group of men steal the money and the Stinger missiles.
- The team infiltrate a summit meeting between the Military and a group of former Senators. Apparently, there's a bomb on the premises. Our guys have to find the bomber before lots of people get toasted.
- The four of them aim to retrieve poisonous gas before the military government gets hold of it. The clue is a group called the "Wolves", but they aren't any normal organisation.
- Decker and James infiltrate a weird Military psych ops facility to liberate yet another Resistance operative. But Decker's captured. He manages to escape with the operative, but he's mortally wounded. They hide out in a mountain cabin, waiting for rescue while the other Team members desperately search for them.
- The final episode. Jin gets taken hostage by a group of outlaw car club types (they would have been outlaw bikers, but we couldn't afford the bikes). Our guys have to infiltrate the outlaw group to rescue Jin, who happens to have a data stick on her containing the Military's top secret operating system - with which the Resistance could turn the tide of the war. Our guys get Jin, and the operating system. Decker also faces Devon in a final confrontation.
- The team must find an important Resistance leader being held in a prison, but soon find Guard 107 was assigned to this prison and their cover could be blown.
- The four of them must rescue Resistance fighters on an old ship and then blow the ship up. However, Becca's brother is on board and she hates him.
- The premise for "The Chase" centers on the heist of security codes from a Regime center. During the escape, something goes wrong and Londo and Decker take a hostage and her SUV. Thus, a race against time develops to deliver the codes to their destination, while avoiding Colonel Devon, and a hostage who threatens the entire mission.
- The team have to infiltrate the Military's primary HQ to get a list of double agents working within the Resistance. Among other wrenches thrown at them is the discovery that Decker's son Conor is being held there. Of course, Devon is on their tails per usual.
