During her tenure as Senior Minister, she earned her Bachelor of Theological Studies and Master of Religious Education degrees. Some of her professional affiliations include President of the INTA, a one hundred year old organization. Also, Board member for the Knox Foundation, an outpatient addiction facility for primarily the African American community. A popular international speaker and lecturer, she has co-authored The Complete Works of H. Emelie Cady, contemporary English Version, co-hosted the Spirituality Today, Just a Thought, and Christians and Cocktails podcasts. She still serves as a teaching associate at Sunshine Cathedral, one of the world's largest LGBTQ+ ministries.
