Nebojsa Djukelic (Belgrade, 6. January 1947 - Belgrade, 22. October 1996) was very popular and internationally well respected Yugoslavian and Serbian film journalist, film critic for TV and print media, very popular TV author and editor in chief. He was iconic film selector of the once very influential Belgrade Internation Film festival, FEST. One of the most recognized TV personalities with a status of TV star in the region of Yugoslavia. He spent part of his carrier as a creative director in advertising and one of the most influential advertising pioneers in Yugoslavia. There is a street in Belgrade named after him as well as an award at International Film Festival FEST for the best regional film also named after him.
As a youngster he was playing basketball for the Red Star Belgrade junior team (European Champions in that time) as well being one of the best junior chess players in Serbia (that hobby also led him to make surprisingly very popular chess show at the national TV). He studied Electrotechnical Engeering at the University of Belgrade but finished Film and TV Directing at the Belgrade Film Academy.
