Anatole de Grunwald was seven years old when his father, a diplomat in the service of the Russian Czar, was forced to flee with his family to England during the Bolshevik Revolution. He grew up in England, began a career as a journalist there and entered the British film industry in 1939 as a screenwriter, then a producer. He was eventually appointed managing director of Two Cities Films, and later formed his own production company with his brother, Dimitri De Grunwald. Most of his films were British productions, although in the 1960s he did venture to the US to produce a few movies, then returned to England for the remainder of his career.- Jack Cunningham was born on 19 April 1912 in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England, UK. He was an actor, known for Danger Man (1960), Tolka Row (1959) and Chain of Events (1958). He died on 13 January 1967 in London, England, UK.

Composer ("I'm Coming Virginia"), author and conductor, educated at Queens Royal College in Trinidad, Fisk University, Northwestern University (medical school), and Mordkin Moser Conservatory in New York, plus private study. He was awarded an honorary Mus. D. from the Caribbean College of Music. He directed traveling theatrical orchestras and was a member of Will Marion Cook's American Syncopated Orchestra. He wrote songs for Rosa Raisa, Schumann-Heink and others. He won the MERRICK award for the greatest contribution of Negro to American music in 1948. His Broadway stage scores include "Hot Rhythm", "Blackberries of 1932" and also "Africana", and he trained and presented singers including Leslie Uggams and Marie Young. Joining ASCAP in 1934, his other popular-song compositions include "Home Beyond the River", "Emaline", "Stop Beating Those Drums", "No Need to Tell Me That You Love Me", "Where Are You Now", "There's a Spirit in My Heart", and "Morning".- Friedl Münzer was born on 4 September 1892 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary. She was an actress, known for Zum Geburtstag (1960), Südsee-Affaire (1965) and Die Träume von Schale und Kern (1960). She died on 13 January 1967 in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany.
