Sanaa bint Nasib Aman Al-Haib is a professional Omani Artist, Art Director and Designer, who is known for her highly influenced by her culture, and her passion for art is contagious who was chosen to represent Arab Women Globally in Belgium in the 2018, European Parliament. A member of the Omani Society of Fine Arts (OSFA), youth studio and scientific club since 1999.
Sanaa Al-Haib was born on April 20, 1979, in Salalah, Oman. Art was her passion as a child, and it is what she discovered to be a calling to her. Although being an artist in her community was always regarded as a hobby rather than a profession, she knew from the start that it was what she wanted to do with her life. Sanaa followed through on her plan after school and studied Fine Art at the Scientific College of Design and has been a member of the Omani Society of Fine Arts (OSFA), Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth . As she learned more about art, she developed a love for the world around her, particularly for Salalah, which is a part of the Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman, and for the beauty of Arabic calligraphy. She aimed to transport her audience on a thrilling adventure through the Sultanate, its women, its jewellery, and the intricate details of the Islamic script through her artwork.
"Stepping into the art industry was not easy, whether it's online or in person. From the experience I gained in Europe and other parts of the world, although many enjoy art and want to support artists, many don't buy their work because art even today is an expensive commodity in the market."
"In Oman, although artists have over the years gained support from many, there is still a lack when it comes to an expert audience, but this is slowly changing as more artists are entering into the market and the trends are changing. Under the new government and the exciting eras yet to follow, I hope that the art sector in my country Oman will expand its appreciation and evaluation of art, which is of great importance."- A Bangladeshi traveler, motorcyclist and YouTuber, who had gained recognition as the inaugural moto-traveler from Bangladesh to journey overland into Pakistan and the UAE in end of 2019 with his Bangladeshi registered motorcycle: Chatta Metro La 15-4638. He also is a prominent travel content maker, achieving a Silver Play Button from YouTube. Primarily renowned for traversing challenging motorable tourist destinations within his home country, Musdaque's overland exploration initiative emerged in early 2017, fueled by the realization that cross-border travel with a personal vehicle was feasible through possession of a Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) from the Automobile Association of Bangladesh.
Under the banner of "Ride for Nation," Musdaque, a motorcycle enthusiast and operations cum sales specialist, left his position at the esteemed Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View to pursue his dream. Embarking on his quest on September 28, 2019, he aimed to hoist the national flag high worldwide, notably journeying to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Achieving prominence for his endeavor to perform Umrah on a motorcycle, Musdaque's story garnered widespread attention through numerous reports in national news and media. Unfortunately, the global COVID-19 pandemic compelled him to leave his motorcycle in the UAE and return home on March 6, 2020, after traveling through India, Pakistan, and the UAE.
Anticipating the post-pandemic era, Musdaque envisions resuming his journey and pursuing Umrah before embarking on a round-the-world (circumnavigation) trip following the Afro-Eurasia ride. Expressing a fervent desire to set an example, he aims to promote overland moto-traveling and moto-vlogging against the odds faced by Bangladeshis, including two-wheeler engine displacement limits and overseas travel challenges with their national passport. - Qaboos bin Said was born on 18 November 1940 in Salalah, Oman.
