Dileesh Pothan is a path-breaking Indian director, producer and actor from Malayalam cinema. Pothan began his career as an associate director on the 2010 film 9 KK Road, and went on to be an assistant director with producer-director Aashiq Abu for five films. He also made his acting debut with a scene in Aashiq Abu's 2011 film Salt N' Pepper. He has since acted in 44 films till date. Dileesh Potha's directorial debut was the exceptional 2016 comedy-drama film Maheshinte Prathikaaram, starring Fahadh Faasil. The movie received the Best Feature Film in Malayalam Award at the 64th National Film Awards, and set a new bar for story telling in Malayalam cinema. Pothan also won the Best Director Award at the 64th Filmfare Awards South. His second film as director was Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum (2017), again starring Fahad Fasil. This film was once again a major critical and commercial hit, and won the Best Feature Film in Malayalam Award at the 65th National Film Awards. His third and most recent movie, Joji, also starring Fahadh Faasil, released to glowing reviews nationally on Amazon Prime in April 2021. Writer, dialogue writer and songwriter of Indian cinema. Born in Pallam, India, in 1913, to prominent poet Karimalil Kesava Pillai. He himself began writing poetry and traveled throughout India writing about and promoting the non-violence creed of Gandhi. At one point, he was asked to write some songs for a traveling theatre company and then first realized the commercial potential of work as a songwriter. He wrote songs for several successful theatre troupes and also wrote numerous plays (though few if any were produced). He began his film career in 1947, composing songs for a Malay language film, Vellinakshatram. He found a close friend and partner in V. Dakshinamurthy, and the two wrote songs for many films together. He also translated both songs and dialog for films dubbed into Malay. He edited the Malaysian version of two films, one in Hindi (Badal) and one in Telugu language (Natya Tara). Late in his career, he put his multi-lingual talents to work translating classic works and creating a highly successful Hindi-Malayalam dictionary. He died in 2000.- Writer

Isaac Thomas Kottukapally is an Indian film score composer, music director and script writer working mainly in Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. He has scored music for several English documentaries and commercials.
Isaac debuted as a composer into the film industry with the National award winning Kannada film Thaayi Saheba (1997) directed by Girish Kasaravalli. The film was received well by the critics and the music was appreciated. This paved the way for a long association of Isaac with the director Girish Kasaravalli, he went on to score for Kasaravalli's future films such as Kraurya (1998), Dweepa (2003), Naayi Neralu (2006) and Gulabi Talkies (2008).[3]
In Malayalam, he composed for many films such as Margam, Sancharram, Kutty Srank, Punyam Aham and Adaminte Makan Abu and many others which won him Kerala State Awards and National film award, his score for the 1:1.6 An Ode to Lost Love (2004) was also appreciated at the Panorama at the International Film Festival of India.
For his background score in the film Adaminte Makan Abu (2010), Isaac won the Best Music Director award at the 58th National Film Awards. Besides this, he has won the Kerala State Film Awards five times for his score in various Malayalam films
