Benjamin Brewer was born in Carlisle, Massachusetts, USA. He is known for Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022), Reptile (2023) and Arcadian (2024).- Roxanne Carrion (née Pallett) is an English actress, best known and loved for playing Jo Stiles (Sugden) in ITV's 'Emmerdale' (2005-2008). With mocha brown skin and almond eyes from her Persian and Italian descent, she is an exotic mix of ethnicity which sets her apart from other actresses in the UK. Born and raised in the north of England with her mother and grandmother, she still maintains a very humble nature and credits her working class background for strengthening her in preparation for success.
She grabbed the nation's attention in her soap opera screen debut and later broke millions of hearts as the victim of 2010's biggest domestic abuse storyline on screen. The dramatic performances earned the actress 6 nominations and huge critical acclaim for her emotional portrayal as the vulnerable Jo. Carrion chose to leave the show in 2009 to "earn her stripes and find new characters". She immediately starred in ITV's 'Dancing On Ice' Season 4, wowing audiences with her impressive daredevil moves such as the 'head-banger'. Carrion then treaded the boards in three lead consecutive theatre roles, 1950's musical 'Rock Around The Clock', Eve Ensler's UK tour 'The Vagina Monologues' and the two-hander play "Satin 'n' Steel", winning as much credibility and popularity on stage as she previously did on screen. She then surprised the nation by playing 17 year old troubled school girl Shelby Dixon in BBC's Waterloo Road, a role that was ten years younger than the actress herself in real life.
2012 was a huge year for Carrion when she was cast as the lead role of Sarah McColl in British film 'Devil's Tower' when she originally walked in to audition for a smaller part as the friend. After shooting the intense horror film, Carrion then began filming an urban comedy for Kaleidoscope Pictures, 'It's A Lot' playing the quirky college misfit Louise. In 2013 Carrion beat a whole host of musical theatre talent to the lead role of Janet Weiss in the 40th anniversary UK tour of 'The Rocky Horror Show' which saw her transform yet again, this time into a 1950's blonde All-American sweetheart. Carrion then went straight into her next stage role as Shelley for The Royal Court in 'Ladies Day'. The play proved to be her biggest on stage challenge to date, due to the role being Scouse and Carrion being the only non Liverpudlian actor in the cast. She won rave reviews for her comedic timing and flawless Scouse accent.
The actress began shooting British film 'The Violators' in 2014 and then flew straight out to shoot for 20th Century Fox in American horror film 'Wrong Turn 6' in the spring of 2014. Despite already having a successful career on both stage and screen, Carrion embarked on a summer training course at RADA during her summer, majoring in Contemporary Drama at the prestigious Royal Academy. She has been working with the BAFTA acclaimed playwright John Godber on his play 'On The Piste' which toured theatres in the UK and once again, in her lead role of Bev, she won rave reviews for her comedic performance.
Carrion began shooting British indie film 'Habit' early 2016, a thriller based on the novel by Stephen McGeagh set in Manchester. She then soon began a lead stage role at the highly acclaimed Park Theatre in London for the Tony Award winning play 'Some Girls', a dark comedy written by Neil LaBute. Roxanne then won rave reviews for her lead stage role as wild child New Jersey girl Holly in 'The Wedding Singer' UK Tour 2017, an eighties musical based on the cult classic Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore movie, originally produced for Broadway. - Freda Dowie was born on 22 July 1928 in Carlisle, Cumbria, England, UK. - George McDonald Fraser was an expert storyteller and master of the comic novel. His most widely read books chronicle the adult exploits of Harry Flashman (the original cowardly school bully of "Tom Brown's Schooldays"). Though fictionalised, these bawdy adventures are invariably set against an impeccably well-researched and annotated historical background, featuring the dissolute, craven anti-hero in the midst of significant historical events, including the Charge of the Light Brigade, Custer's last stand at the Little Bighorn, the Indian Mutiny, the Opium Wars, the Taiping rebellion, John Brown's raid on Harper's Ferry and Britain's 1868 punitive Abyssinian campaign. Fraser carefully avoided romanticising the Victorian-era, instead adopting an often brutally realistic, yet highly satirical 'warts and all' approach. Fascinating historical characters abound, ranging from Madagascar's black queen Ranavalona to Otto von Bismarck and Abyssinia's self-styled Emperor Theodore II, brought to life by painstakingly researched detail, proof of the old adage that fact is often stranger than fiction. The swaggering, chauvinistic arch-cad, from whose vantage point the books are written, rides his luck from one harrowing crisis to another and continues to be elevated among Imperial Britain's military elite despite his total lack of merit (not to mention morality). Fraser's wit and craftsmanship as a writer have nonetheless made Flashman into a believable, even compelling central character.
The son of a doctor, Fraser had no direct qualifications as a historian. His interest in writing was likely kindled by frontier service with the British 14th Army in Burma and the Gordon Highlanders in Africa (his personal recollections of the 1944-45 campaign against the Japanese Army appeared in print in 1993 to considerable critical acclaim). After demobilisation, Fraser worked as a sports reporter and journalist in Canada and in his native Scotland, latterly as deputy editor for the Glasgow Herald (1964-69). His first Flashman book, "Royal Flash", was written in 1969. His twelfth (and last), "Flashman on the March", appeared in 2005. In addition, he authored several other novels and collections of short stories, each with a historical perspective. During the 1970's and 80's, Fraser also collaborated on several film scripts, including The Three Musketeers (1973), its sequel The Four Musketeers: Milady's Revenge (1974) and the 13th James Bond entry, Octopussy (1983). He wrote the screenplays for two of his own novels, the unsatisfactorily filmed Royal Flash (1975) and The Pyrates (1986), a comical swashbuckler set along the Spanish Main and featuring another rakish anti-hero, Colonel Thomas Blood (loosely based on the historical character of that name). The 'Flashman Papers' yet await their true 'discovery' by an enterprising film maker, for they would make for splendid entertainment indeed.
George McDonald Fraser eventually settled on the Isle of Man, at once to find a tax refuge and to withdraw to a place more akin to, as he referred to it, 'England as it used to be'. A Tory of moderate right-wing beliefs and outspoken enemy of political correctness, he died there on January 2 2008 at the age of 82. - Producer

Born and raised in Iowa, Russell S. Doughten Jr. was interested in dramatics as a boy and yet never looked upon it as a profession. But while attending Drake University on an athletic scholarship, his interest in dramatics grew and, following a World War II Navy stint, he returned to Drake to study acting and directing. Doughten later attended the Yale Graduate School of Drama, where he wrote, directed and acted. After Yale, Doughten sent his résumé to companies that made religious movies and was invited to join Good News Productions, a filmmaking outfit operating out of the small village they owned in bucolic Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. When Good News formed a secular counterpart (Valley Forge Films), Doughten produced the first of their features, 1958's The Blob (1958). Doughten worked in Hollywood for several years but eventually returned to Iowa and founded Heartland Productions and Mark IV Pictures, under whose banners he has produced dozens of feature-length Christian movies (including an "end of days" series based on Biblical prophecies). When Heartland and Mark IV ended in the mid-90s, Doughten formed Russ Doughten Films, Inc. (www.rdfilms.com), to carry on the tradition.- Camera and Electrical Department

Born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, George grew up in the Washington, DC area (went to high school in Laurel, Maryland), and made a living as a musician (electric bass, vocals, banjo, drums, guitar, band leader) for over 20 years. His first band, in 1967, used to go up against (and get badly beaten by) a local band whose members included Greg Hawkes from The Cars, and when he studied music at Prince George's College in Maryland, one of his teachers, Jay Chattaway, went on to become a legendary film/TV composer.
He served in the Army from 1969-1971 (wounded in Vietnam) where he was highly decorated and learned how to drive and fire a tank, an incredibly useful skill in daily life today!
George describes himself as someone who "realized late in life" that acting is the only career in which he could be happy, so plunged in like a man on a mission. In just 12 years, with the help of some great acting coaches (led by Milton Katselas), he's appeared in over 36 films, 14 TV shows, 8 plays and 60+ commercials and print jobs. Recent TV appearances include Vegas, with Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis, The Forgotten with Christian Slater, House with Hugh Laurie, Leverage with Timothy Hutton, e-Ring with Benjamin Bratt, various comedy sketches on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and The Young and the Restless, with series lead Peter Bergman. His films include Don: Plain & Tall (directed by Scott Peters, Exec Prod/Creator The 4400), which won the Best Comedy award at the prestigious Breckenridge Festival of Film, and Ten til Noon starring with Alonso Freeman (Morgan's son), which has won no less than 9 festival awards, including IndieFest. George currently lives in Toluca Lake, Ca. He speaks a little Russian, and still plays his bass(and banjo and guitar) whenever possible.- Make-Up Department
