"There is obviously much here we don't understand"

Warning: Spoilers
The concept of a lost city or land has enthralled film makers since the early beginnings of cinema and I particularly like lost city of Atlantis films but not this one. The external look of the lost city isn't too bad but the inside does betray the low budget constraints of a film from 'The Asylum' as well as the usual poor acting and direction. Most of it is dull and hardly any of the characters make an impression. Except of course the great Fred Williamson as Pluto who steals every scene he is in, which unfortunately were regrettably few. There is some blather about climate change but in the end our 'heroes' set off a nuclear explosion ruining the local environment and destroying all the surviving Atlanteans to boot!
