   Rocket Raccoon: He was just a labor rat for "The High Evolutionary". He suffered bad trauma caused by the experiments and the death of his friends. In some scenes implants in his back are shown. And beside the singularity that a racoon can speak, what he says often sounds like he deeply suffers from his past.

   Gamora: Lost her family in a bloody ambush, lead by Thanos, the guy who adopted her afterwards. She hated Thanos for killing her family and always was an aim for the hate of Nebula. Her only goal is to kill Thanos, but learned from him. She also is full of hatred about him, but couldn't reach him.

   Starlord: He lost his mother when he was a boy. Not knowing who his father is, he joined a bunch of space pirates, leading a vicious life as a thief. When meeting his father, at the end it was the most hurtful disappointment in his life.
