Welcome to this week’s Nxt: UK review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have…some matches. I really hope this goes better than Raw or Smackdown. I have a feeling I’m going to need to ask those sorts of questions about Raw and Smackdown more often than I should have to. Okay, let’s go UK crazy with a number one contender’s match for the main event.
Match #1: The Hunt def. Tyson T-Bone & Saxon Huxley The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
In a brutal opening match between two of Nxt UK’s most rugged tandems, Wild Boar & Primate hit a monstrous pop-up German Suplex and stereo driving headbutts off the top rope to give The Hunt the win over Tyson T-Bone & Saxon Huxley. But as the dust cleared, Mark Coffey & Wolfgang unleashed a ruthless surprise assault on Wild Boar & Primate, perhaps...

Welcome to this week’s Nxt: UK review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have a whole bunch of movin’ and shakin’ goin’ on. Yeah, it feels like an Alabama thing when I write like that. That’s the point. Any-way, I think we might have a few good ones here, so let’s get to ‘em.
Match #1: Moustache Mountain def. The Hunt The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
In the opening contest, Tyler Bate & Trent Seven tried their luck against the primitive tandem of Wild Boar & Primate. In the final moments of their hard-fought contest, The Big Strong Boys indeed proved themselves to be kings of the jungle when they utilized the springboard clothesline into the dragon suplex to tame the wild beasts.
My Opinion: 2.5 out of 5 - This was a lot if fun, if not an altogether interesting bout.
Match #2: Joe Coffey def.

Welcome to this week’s Nxt: UK review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have Nxt, but in Europe. Is that specific enough?
Match #1: “Bomber” Dave Mastiff def. “Primate” Jay Melrose The following is courtesy of WWE.com:
Jay Melrose opened the latest episode of Nxt UK by unleashing an animalistic effort against the still-undefeated monster Dave Mastiff. When he attempted to lift the “Bomber” onto his shoulder, however, his poor judgment proved to be his undoing. And after completely flattening the “Primate,” Mastiff finished him off with the Cannonball into the corner.
My Take: 2 out of 5 – This was done before you could even begin to miss it.
Match #2: Walter def. Jack Starz The following is courtesy of WWE.com:
After making his presence known at Nxt UK TakeOver: Blackpool, the intense, towering, old-world throwback competitor that is Walter debuted against the unfortunate Jack Starz.
