Editors’ Note: Deadline’s latest series, Reopening Hollywood, focuses on the incredibly complicated effort to get the industry back on its feet while ensuring the safety of everyone involved. Our goal is to examine numerous sides of the business and provide forum for leaders in Hollywood who have a vision for how production could safely restart in the era of coronavirus.
As Hollywood continues to put together a plan for production to resume post-covid-19, David Arquette and his wife Christina McLarty Arquette have laid out a bold plan to start production on their latest film in Arkansas.
The pair are circumventing the production shutdown to get filming up and running on period thriller Ghosts of the Ozarks over the next couple of weeks and explained to Deadline how they’re getting the train back on the tracks.
Mindful of keeping everyone, including cast (which includes Watchmen’s Tim Blake Nelson) and crew,...

Created by Chris Lang, ITV’s Unforgotten pairs Nicola Walker’s Dci Cassie Stuart with Sanjeev Bhaskar’s Di Sunil Khan. Along with their team, those two investigate decades-old murder cases, piecing together events that transpired many years ago to deliver justice and closure to the victim and their relatives.
Series one saw the duo called to investigate the remains of a man long-buried under the foundations of a London home, while series two began with the discovery of a skeleton dredged up from the River Lea. Series three was the distressing story of a missing teenager whose body was discovered under the central reservation of a motorway.
Series four, which starts with the discovery of a body stored for decades in a domestic freezer, will star New Tricks’ Sheila Hancock, Killing Eve’s Susan Lynch, Wanderlust’s Andy Nyman and more. See below for the full cast and plot details.

"His methods are ingenious. He's a master of disguise. And his mind is brilliant." Sony Pictures has finally debuted the first trailer for the comedy titled Holmes & Watson, reuniting the original "Step Brothers" - Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly - in a new comedy from another time. Ferrell plays Sherlock Holmes, and Reilly plays Dr. Watson. We can definitely say you've never seen a Sherlock Holmes movie like this before. It looks as ridiculous as it sounds, especially with these two making a mess of, well, everything. The full cast includes Kelly Macdonald, Rebecca Hall, Lauren Lapkus, Noah Jupe, Hugh Laurie as Mycroft, Pam Ferris, Bella Ramsey, Rob Brydon, Kieran O'Brien, Bronson Webb, and Jordan Long; with Ralph Fiennes as Moriarty. This looks totally kooky and absurd, and a bit too dumb for my tastes. Enjoy. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Etan Cohen's Holmes and Watson,...

Sienna Miller as Estella Huni, and Paul Rudd as Moe Berg, in Ben Lewin’s The Catcher Was A Spy. Courtesy of IFC Films. An IFC Films Release.
The Catcher Was A Spy is a strange slice of history, about a real-life Jewish Major League baseball catcher with a degree from Princeton and a knack for languages who turned spy during World War II. As catcher Moe Berg, Paul Rudd heads an impressive cast in a historical film with polished good looks and a score by Howard Shore. The film assembled all the right elements for a prestige biopic but does not quite score a hit.
The Catcher Was A Spy is available on-demand from IFC starting Friday, June 22, and in theaters in New York and Los Angeles.
Part biopic and part WWII spy thriller, The Catcher Was A Spy focuses on a particular part of Moe Berg’s life.
