Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features seven matches – matching this week’s Elevation. Let’s see what went down…
Match #1: Ar Fox def. Peter Avalon
My Thoughts: Well this was a surprisingly great opener. Ar Fox has been a fantastic addition to the Aew roster – you just have to look at this match, where he and Peter Avalon worked brilliantly together to see that. Kudos to Avalon too, whose recently shed the more comedic aspects of his wrestling persona to great aplomb. A solid opening match.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Willie Mack def. Serpentico
My Thoughts: Willie Mack should’ve ended this one fast and decisively but he didn’t, he actually sold Serpentico’s offence on his knee – even after the match ended. The sign of a true professional. As always Serpentico wrestled better in a singles match than he ever...

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features Fourteen matches, though we also get some of Aew’s bigger stars on the show, which makes up for the ridiculous amount of matches Imho. Anyway, on with the review…
Match #1: Action Andretti def. Tony Deppen
My Thoughts: Action Andretti continues his winning streak in this opening match, though why Deppen was allowed to get as much offence as he did – especially against the guy that beat Chris Jericho in his debut. Still, a great start to this week’s Dark.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Evil Uno def. J. Spade
My Thoughts: Evil Uno’s turning to the dark side continues… I sincerely hope this new vicious streak continues and we get a stronger, more dominant Dark Order too. Shame the audience wasn’t into this one though.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #3: Parker Boudreaux def.

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week is a stacked show – not only do we have eleven matches on this card we have appearances by the likes of Kenny Omega, who hasn’t wrestled on Dark in almost Two years! On with the review…
Match #1: Kenny Omega def. Hagane Shinno
My Thoughts: Hagane Shinno’s profile has been slowly building over the weeks until this, what would be a main event match if it was anyone Other than Shinno. Instead he gets to take on Kenny Omega in the opening match of Dark. And Kenny was very giving here, letting Shinno get some near falls and plenty of offence in. A cracking opening to this week’s show.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Action Andretti def. Invictus Khash
My Thoughts: Action Andretti, the man that shocked the Iwc after winning his match against Chris Jericho last week,...

Welcome to this review of a special pre-All Out Aew Dark: Elevation. We’ve got Tony Schiavone and Matt Menard on commentary for this bonus episode so let’s see what the show has to offer!
Match #1: Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo def. Gpa and Laynie Luck
My Thoughts: The only thing I took away from this match was that a) I’m tired of the Sammy and Tay schtick and b) How the f*ck does that pair get three matches in two weeks whilst Eddie Kingston is stuck with one match on the All Out pre-show? Screams a desperate attempt to squash the “Sammy is har to work with” rumours Tbh.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Swerve in our Glory (Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee) def. Jah-c and Storm Grayson
My Thoughts: Swerve in our Glory get a quick tune-up match prior to their All Out...

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which emanates from Aew Universal once again. We’ve got Taz and Excalibur on commentary as usual so let’s get to the action!
Match #1: Ari Daivari def. Fuego Del Sol
My Thoughts: Loved this match. Fuego looked like a badass for once, taking it to Ari – who really took a beating in this match, the antithesis of how we’ve seen him recently in Aew. Eventually Ari cheated to get the win as all heels do. Surprisingly great match to open Dark.
My Score: 3.5 out of 5 Match #2: Willow Nightingale def. Robyn Renegade
My Thoughts: What’s not to love about a match featuring Willow Nightingale? Imho, she needs to be signed with a major promotion Asap, she’s got the personality, the charisma and the skills and every crowd she wrestles in front of Loves her! Plus the Renegade twins...

Welcome to this week’s review of Aew: Dark which comes from Aew Universal and features 9 matches this week. Once again we’ve got Taz and Excalibur on commentary… Let’s get into the review!
Match #1: John Silver def. Ryan Nemeth
My Thoughts: As this match started I couldn’t help but with John Silver would kick the living crap out of Ryan Nemeth. If ever there was a wrestler in Aew who need an overhaul it’s Nemeth. His gimmick sucks and no matter how many times he tries to sell it on TV or on Being the Elite it doesn’t get over. Ever. To be fair though both men put on a great opening match – I might not like the gimmick but Nemeth (and Silver) can wrestle.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Varsity Blonds def. The Workhorsemen
My Thoughts: Always love seeing Jd Drake wrestle...

It’s time for this week’s review of Aew: Dark, which emanates from Aew Universal once again and features only 8 matches this week… which hopefully means we’re not going to be subjected to the ridiculous squash-tastic action that we got last week! We’ve got Taz and Excalibur on commentary so let’s get right to it.
Match #1: The Factory def. Invictus Khash, Adam Priest, & Gus De La Vega
My Thoughts: Qt and co. played the big heel card in this match, with Qt himself really p*ssing off the audience in attendance. It wasn’t all about the Factory though, as Invictus Khash – who’s been tagging recently with Ariya Daivari in a couple of Dark/Elevation matches – got in some good offence and showed off the same skills that have impressed in his previous appearances for Aew. A solid start to this week’s Dark Imho.

It’s Wednesday morning so you know what that means… It’s time for our review of this weeks Aew: Dark, which this week comes from Aew Universal in Orlando, Florida. Like the show itself, let’s get right into the action!
Match #1: Jon Silver & Alex Reynolds def. Ariya Daivari & Invictus Khash
My Thoughts: A good opening match between two great teams. Daivari and Khash have looked good in all their Aew outings and that continues here. If anything this match felt like it ran a little short, even though it went over 5 minutes… The sign of a good match Imho!
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Qt Marshall def. Pat Brink
My Thoughts: I was surprised by how much Pat Brink was in control of this match, with Marshall only seeming to get the upper hand thanks to interference from the Nightmare Factory on the outside. Loved how...

It’s Wednesday morning so you know what that means… It’s time for our review of this weeks Aew: Dark, which this week comes from Aew Universal. Let’s get right to it!
Match #1: Anthony Ogogo def. Marcus Kross
My Thoughts: You know what? I kind of liked Ogogo in Aew back before he left to have surgery over here in the UK. Now? Not so much. Now everything feels forced, everything feels like it’s scripted, like it’s a desperate attempt to get him back over with Aew fans – only as some sort of major heel. It’s not working. So much so that I was urging on Mr Dragonball himself, Marcus Kross, to kick Ogogo’s arse! He didn’t instead he got squashed and knocked out…
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Penelope Ford def. Angelica Risk
My Thoughts: This was better than I expected if I’m honest.

Welcome to this weeks review of Aew: Dark, which once again comes from Aew Universal and features the Aew debut of Marina Shafir, another of the recently cut WWE roster and a member of Ronda Rousey’s four horsewomen Mma stable.
Match #1: Kris Statlander def. Marina Shafir
My Thoughts: Despite losing the match, Marina Shafir made a super-solid debut, really looking like her wrestling training on top of her Mma background has really stood her in good stead for a long wrestling career. She’d definitely be a good addition to the Aew womens roster that’s for sure. Superb opening match.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Nick Comoroto def. Dean Fleming
My Thoughts: Anyone else only just notice that there’s a Dalek-esque soundbite at the start of Comoroto’s entrance music? This was another sqush match for Comoroto, who made mincemeat of Fleming And stole his neck tie!
