- Delia is an actress and model based in London and working internationally. She was born in Iasi, Romania, and her mother is an emergency doctor, and her father is an engineer. Passionate about arts and literature from childhood, she presented her early poetry on the local radio and appeared in fashion shows before having her first contact with the film industry at 21, when she decided to become an actress after being scouted by an agent while working in Los Angeles for the summer.
She graduated from the Academy of Theatre and Film Bucharest ( UNATC ) with a B.A. and an M.F.A. degree and, during her studies, started working at The National Theatre Bucharest while setting up an independent theatre company as well.
After moving to London, Delia first signed with a modeling agency and, after booking a series of small film roles she was picked up by her current Film and TV agency. On the side, she continued studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts ( RADA ) and is a British Academy Of Stage and Screen Combat Member. She appeared as well in commercials, fashion editorials, and music videos, has been working with communities, and taking on art and activism projects across the world.
