July to September 1995 internship/training as a paramedic at the company Krankentransport und Rettungsdienst Ackermann GmbH, October 1995 to September 1998 training as a registered nurse at the Protestant Nursing School of the Pfeiffersche Stiftungen Magdeburg, 1998 final examination as a paramedic, 1999 as a paramedic. 1998 to 2005 diploma studies in medical education at the Martin Luther University in Halle.
October 1998 to 2000 and since November 2004 employee in the rescue service at Krankentransport und Rettungsdienst Ackermann GmbH. November 2000 to October 2004 teaching nurse at the ev. nursing school of the Pfeiffersche Stiftungen Magdeburg. April 2003 to 2005 Managing Director of Medi-Z-Halle GmbH.
Since 1996 member of the parish church council of Bottmersdorf/Klein Germersleben, since 2004 chairman of the sports youth of the Börde district.
Since 2005 member of the district executive of the FDP district association Börde. Since 2004, member of the FDP parliamentary group in the Börde district council, where he is a member of the hospital and youth welfare committees; 2000 to 2004, member of the Bottmersdorf municipal council as chairman of the FDP parliamentary group.
