HBO Max released the official trailer for the upcoming reality dating series “Fboy Island,” which will premiere on July 29.
Hosted by Nikki Glaser, the series follows three women, Nakia Renee, Cj Franco and Sarah Emig, who move to a tropical island where they’re joined by 24 men. Half of the men are “nice guys” also looking for a real relationship, while the others are self-proclaimed “f-boys” competing for a cash prize. By the finale, all will be revealed — who is a nice guy, who is an “f-boy” and who will the women ultimately choose. The series is a social experiment that asks the age-old question: can “f-boys” truly reform or do nice guys always finish last?
Glaser will executive produce alongside creator Elan Gale, Jason Goldberg, Ben Bitonti and showrunner Sam Dean.

When there are A, B, and C-list celebrities who would be happy to have even a two-second cameo in a TV show, producers have to know they’re doing something right. Even if that guest appearance ends in their gruesome death.
Game of Thrones is no stranger to this, having had performer Ed Sheeran singing by a campfire, Mlb pitcher Noah Syndergaard serving in Jaime Lannister’s army, and YouTube comedian Steve Love getting axed by the Hound. The second and third of those didn’t cause quite stir as much discussion as Sheeran’s cameo did though, with fans chastising the show for “selling out” just to get a big name entertainer to sing on the series.
The fallout from that cameo didn’t stop the producers from continuing on with the tradition, though, as Silicon Valley‘s Martin Starr and Rob McElhenney of It’s Always Sunny In...

The New York Mets are in final negotiations with CAA agent Brodie Van Wagenen to become their next head of baseball operations, according to reports.
Van Wagenen is 44 and the co-head of CAA’s baseball division. He is considered an outside-the-box choice, beating out veteran baseball men and wunderkind Chaim Bloom of the Tampa Bay Rays, a 35-year-old executive with major analytics skills and who was part of the executive team that led the perennially under-capitalized Tampa team to 90 victories this year.
Reports indicate the Mets are negotiating the contract details to finalize the deal with Van Wagenen. A final announcement will either have to occur on Monday’s off-day for the World Series, or wait until the event’s conclusion to avoid stealing the thunder from the championship.
The NY Mets job presents a challenge for Van Wagenen, who has never run a team.

Why Is Noah Syndergaard Letting Anyone Near That Beautiful Hair With A Razor?!?!! Because "Vikings." That's why. The NY Mets pitcher -- who earned the nickname Thor because of that godlike blonde mane -- was offered a role on the insanely violent History Channel show but it came with a catch ... ya gotta tweak that 'do. Don't worry, it's not all the way gone -- as Noah put it, "Party on top, business on the sides.

New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard Ftw! The long-haired speedballer on Saturday tweeted a joking refusal of Sports Illustrated’s Sportsman of the Year honor — a parody of President Donald Trump’s claim that he “took a pass” on Time Magazine’s Man of the Year. After tweeting that Si had called him to say he “probably” would be Sportsman of the Year, Syndergaard joked, “I’m not proud of my recent perm and have a interpretive dance class at the interview time so I turned it down! No Thanks Si!!” Sports Illustrated called and said I was probably going to be Sportsman of the.
