The stakes couldn't be higher for "The Voice this week -- out of the nine remaining contenders, five will go home on Tuesday's results show. Coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine seem to be in the best shape with all of their artists remaining. Gwen Stefani is down to two left, while reigning champ Pharrell Williams just has one. Major kudos to our writer Denton Davidson for calling Korin Bukowski and Braiden Sunshine as the worst performances from last Monday's episode. Both of them wound up in the bottom with Bukowski now gone. While some of the eliminations seem obvious -- Sunshine is unlikely to jump from ninth to fourth, for instance -- the field gets murky in the middle area. But decisions we must make, and only four can move on! Here are my rankings of how safe each of the singers is going into the semi-finals. -Break- Related:...

Another week of The Voice has passed, which means fans have to see yet another artist be eliminated from the competition. This time, it was Korin Bukowski, the quirky singer from Team Gwen.
I spoke with Korin during a conference call with reporters. She discussed her feelings on being in the Bottom 2 again, why Gwen Stefani puts an emphasis on the contestants' looks and what kind of musical genre fans can expect from her post-The Voice. Also, what led up to Korin forgetting the lyrics during her Twitter Save performance? Read on for all the details.

No matter what happened at the end of Tuesday's results show for "The Voice," coach Gwen Stefani was losing one of her team members. As it turned out Korin Bukowski could not escape being eliminated a third straight week. Teen vocalist Braiden Sunshine faced off against her and will remain for next week's Top 9 episode. Did you predict who Bukowski would be gone and Sunshine in the bottom two? If so, you should be taking place in our weekly prediction contest. It was a record-breaking week on The Voice—seven of the top ten songs on the iTunes singles chart were from the finalists' Monday night performances. Only Adele and Justin Bieber could break through the Voice domination, with Jordan Smith, Barrett Baber, Madi Davis, Emily Ann Roberts, Jeffery Austin, Amy Vachal and Shelby Brown all claiming spots in the top ten. But despite their great showing, someone still had to go home. Beware, results are below! For the third week in a row, Korin Bukowski wound up in the bottom two and had to fight for her life with the Twitter Save. This week, however, was kind of a worst nightmare situation. The 19-year-old singer stumbled during her rendition of "Try,"...

The slow trek toward the finals continues as the remaining 10 artists perform in this installment of The Voice. The group has been diminished by only one from the previous week. Shelby Brown, Evan McKeel, Barrett Baber, Korin Bukowski, Amy Vachal, Zach Seabaugh, Madi Davis, Braiden Sunshine, Jordan Smith, Emily Ann Roberts and Jeffery Austin performed like superstars in the Top 11, and all but one return to grace our screens and bid for iTunes sales while we live blog the evening's performances. Blake and Adam's teams have three artists each, Gwen has two and Pharrell has one.
During the results show, the bottom two, Evan and Korin, performed for the Twitter Save. Unfortunately, Evan was then sent home. After being in the bottom two for two weeks in a row, we'll see if Korin fares better in this round (which she totally does).

I was going to start my recap of The Voice‘s Top 11 performance night by lamenting all of the unfortunate business that played out over its first 90 minutes: The silhouetted ballet dancer shaking out her hair (inside the moon!) and upstaging hapless Evan McKeel. Here we are in the final stretch of The Voice season 9. With 20 episodes down, only a handful of episodes remain; seven, if my math is correct. The most recent live eliminations left some of us viewers, including your truly, stunned as America used the instant Twitter Save to advance shy and awkward Korin Bukowski over the energetic and alluring and entertaining Mark Hood.
Maybe it was the transformation of Korin's tresses into a platinum-y Gwen Stefani look-alike that blinded some people (she even drops the goggles in the Top 11). It was super cool to see Korin's shocked response when her name was called. It's pretty clear she thought she didn't have a snowball's chance in hell up against Mark. Take a look at the results of our Twitter Save poll below.

Our writer Denton Davidson already ranked the Top 11 singers based on their performances from this past week on "The Voice." He singled out Jordan Smith as a clear frontrunner with Jeffery Austin and Barrett Baber following closely behind him. NBC's reality program "The Voice" had a twist for Tuesday's results show. In past years, the show has eliminated two from the Top 12, but this week's episode only sent home one artist.
