The 13 celebs competing in season 27 of “Dancing with the Stars” went through the gauntlet on Monday night when they performed their very first dances. But it didn’t end there. They had to do it all over again on Tuesday. So how did they fare on the second night of competition? Were they able to shake off the nerves from the season premiere, or did they succumb to fatigue? Find out below in our minute-by-minute live blog with all the developments as they happen.
The good news for the contestants was that they were scheduled to perform routines in the same styles they danced on Monday: jive, cha cha, foxtrot, salsa (Juan Pablo Di Pace and Nikki Glaser) and quickstep (Nancy McKeon and Joe Amabile). So they had a chance to refine their skills instead of having to learn two brand new dances in a row.

Pros
Models have a pretty solid track record on “DWTS.” Winners Kelly Monaco (season 1), Brooke Burke (season 7) and Nyle Dimarco (season 22) had backgrounds in modeling. And the nature of the profession usually requires you to stay fit. So Ren may have the athletic prowess to keep up with the intense physicality of the competition.
Fan votes determine half the results on “DWTS,” and Ren has a big head start in that regard. She has more than 12 million Instagram followers and more than 1.6 million Twitter followers. If even a fraction of those support her on the...

Kordei recently made headlines when she signed with her own manager, causing fans to worry that the group was splitting up. Et spoke with the 21-year-old singer by phone about the 5K she walked with her mom in Santa Monica, California, over the weekend to raise money for the American Cancer Society, and during the chat, she reassured fans that she's not parting ways with 5H. In fact, she actually thought it was funny that people jumped to that conclusion.

Former Dancing With the Stars pro Edyta Sliwinska is adjusting to life as a new mom of two after welcoming daughter Leia Josephine just two weeks ago.
Et recently caught up with Sliwinska over the phone, while she took a well-deserved break from her busy household. The pro dancer dished on everything from Baby Leia's birth story (her husband was at Home Depot when she went into labor) to how she plans to regain her dancing figure and whether there's a third child in her future. The biggest change so far, she says, is time management, comparing every time the family tries to leave the house (a rarity, because Leia is so young) to a scene from the 2014 film Neighbors.

Bonner Bolton is fine with coming in fifth on Dancing With the Stars. In fact, he and professional dance partner Sharna Burgess knew they weren't going to win. "I'm just so thankful I lasted this long…I came here because I could," Bolton told E! News' Sibley Scoles after he was eliminated. "They asked me if my body was moving well enough and it does. I wanted to discover how much it could move and I got to do that and I got to inspire some people hopefully." The pair had two dances: the Argentine tango to "Believer" by Imagine Dragons, they received a 30 from the judges, and a jazz dance to Bruno Mars' "That's What I Like," which netted them at 28. ...

After eight weeks of ambitious dances and sizzling onstage chemistry, this season's Dancing With the Stars showmance is over.
Monday night's elimination came down to two couples -- Bonner Bolton and partner Sharna Burgess and Rashad Jennings and partner Emma Slater.
While this season has had some huge surprises already, it was pretty obvious that Bolton was going to be getting the axe, and the 29-year-old professional bull rider and male model was indeed sent packing.

Despite his best efforts, Bolton was never really able to improve his scores from week to week, and Monday night was no exception. The pair's first dance, an Argentine tango set to Imagine Dragons' "Believer, earned them a lackluster 30 out of 40.
Their second dance of the night, a trio performance with troupe member Brittany Cherry, earned them an even lower score of 28.

Dancing with the Stars has said farewell to its season 24 cowboy.
On Monday’s live episode of the reality dancing competition series, bull rider Bonner Bolton was eliminated from the show after performing his two dances of the night with pro partner, Sharna Burgess.
The duo first performed an Argentine tango at the top of the show, and were awarded 30/40 for their performance. But it was after their second — and scandalous — dance that the dancing duo was sent home from the ABC competition.
“This is very much like an intertwined office love triangle, love affair,” Burgess explained about the jazz number during rehearsals.

With just two weeks left of Dancing with the Stars, you better be good, or you're gone. This week, it was Bonner Bolton's turn to be gone. This was not a shock. He's never actually been that good of a dancer, but when you start out the season flirting and making rumors with your dance partner, you're bound to last at least a couple weeks longer than you actually should. Cubs player David Ross is not good, per se, but at least he's entertaining, and that's half the battle on Dancing with the Stars. Anyway, after all the fun themes over the past few weeks, tonight was all about showing off how good everyone has actually gotten. That meant it was a little boring, but...

The stakes were high for Dancing with the Stars season 24's first double elimination of the season. Heather Morris' elimination left a few things in doubt but the easy money was on Nick Viall and Bonner Bolton being the two that were sent packing. Yet only one of those eliminations turned out to be the case as Nick went home with Nancy Kerrigan. Nancy's elimination was a shame and did make one thing clear. The viewers of Dancing with the Stars are gravitating more to the contestants' personalities than their dancing skills and that might be to the detriment to the show.

After seven weeks of intensive rehearsals and dedicated effort, Nick Viall was eliminated from Dancing With the Stars on Monday after delivering one of his best performances of the season.
The former Bachelor and his pro partner, Peta Murgatroyd, earned one of their highest scores during the DWTS A Night At the Movies Week, with an Argentine tango set to David Guetta's "Dangerous." However, the night also ended with the season's first double elimination, and Viall found himself going home along with Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan.

Viall and Murgatroyd spoke with Et's Cameron Mathison and special correspondent Bindi Irwin -- who won the DWTS Mirror Ball Trophy in Season 21 -- and the reality star opened up about what he enjoyed the most about his time on the show.

*Caution: Spoilers Ahead!*
Monday's Dancing With the Stars celebrated show business with its fun A Night at the Movies week, where each couple based their solo dances on film genres. However, in the spirit of Hollywood drama, this week also saw the season's first double elimination, meaning two stars and their pro-partners were sent packing.
After all the routines had been danced and all the scores and votes weighed and measured, three couples found themselves in jeopardy: David Ross and Lindsay Arnold, Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd, as well as Nancy Kerrigan and Artem Chigvintsev.
Surprisingly, Ross and Arnold were spared from getting the axe, meaning Viall and Kerrigan were cut from the competition. For Viall, the elimination was a long time coming, as he had often expressed his surprise at not getting sent home earlier.
However, Kerrigan's elimination was somewhat surprising, considering her record of solid performances week after week. She was at...

The competition is getting even fiercer than it was before on Dancing with the Stars.
On Monday’s live show of the reality dancing competition series, not one, but two contestants were sent home in a double elimination.
For the first half of the show, the seven remaining contestants competed against one another for immunity with each of their first dances, which were choreographed to week seven’s theme of “A Night at the Movies.”
Although it looked like Simone Biles or Rashad Jennings could win immunity (judges awarded each of them a 37/40 for their respective numbers), the best of...

Didn't it feel like tonight's Dancing with the Stars was about three hours long? There was just so much going on, and the idea of a double elimination was just so daunting that it felt like it took forever to arrive. Finally, after an incredible night of movies, a performance from the cast of Descendants 2, and several lackluster dance offs, Nancy Kerrigan and Nick Viall were sent home. Unlike last week's elimination of Heather Morris, it wasn't a shock. Nick's been in the bottom two several times and Nancy was up there last week, but it was still hard to say goodbye, as it always mostly is. Now let's talk about the dances! Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess:...

Dancing With the Stars welcomed its seventh week of competition with double trouble — and not just because the cast of Descendants 2 appeared for an odd, lip-synced interlude. (Seriously, why even try to fool us with those headset microphones?)
The ABC series also delivered a double elimination on Monday, and in the wake of Heather Morris’ premature goodbye, all of the remaining contestants seemed a bit rattled on the dance floor.
Before revealing the results, let’s rank each of the Hollywood Night performances:
