Police in the U.K. are now investigating a sexual assault allegation against Harvey Weinstein, as a source tells Et Weinstein's team is still undecided about where he will go for treatment.
London's Metropolitan police tell Et that they've opened an investigation on Weinstein based on an allegation of sexual assault that was reported to Merseyside Police on Wednesday. The allegation comes after multiple women have gone on the record accusing the 65-year-old studio mogul of sexual harassment, following explosive reports by both The New York Times and The New Yorker.
“The allegation will be assessed by officers from Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command,” the Metropolitan police said in a statement on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the New York Police Department also tells Et its conducting a review to determine if there are any additional complaints regarding Weinstein, though no filed complaints have been identified as of this time.

Chris Soules has filed a motion to dismiss all charges in his felony hit and run case.
Soules was arrested in April after his Chevy pickup truck rear-ended a tractor, leaving the driver, 66-year-old farmer Kenneth Mosher, dead. The former Bachelor star was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, a class D felony.
In court documents obtained by Et on Wednesday, one of Soules' lawyers, Gina Messamer, argues that while Soules was required to return to the scene of the crash by law, he did all he could before leaving the scene.

Taylor Swift was visibly emotional in courtroom on Monday morning.
The closing arguments were delivered in the lawsuit filed by former DJ David Mueller, who is alleging that he was fired after Swift's mother, Andrea, and manager claimed that he groped the 27-year-old singer during a photo op that was part of a meet-and-greet in Denver, Colorado, in 2013. Mueller has long denied that he groped the Grammy winner. Swift -- who had her hair up in a bun and wore muted lipstick -- showed up to court sporting a black, turtleneck mini-dress with three-quarter-length sleeves that she paired with black suede chunky boots.

Radio DJ David Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor Swift has been thrown out.
A judge released Swift from the suit on Friday, determining that the singer "did not act improperly" by reporting that Mueller had allegedly groped her during a Denver, Colorado, meet-and-greet in 2013. The judge declared that there was insufficient evidence that Swift was responsible for his firing from country station Kygo-fm, which occurred two days after the alleged incident.

Swift's mom, Andrea, and her point contact with radio stations, Frank Bell, are still defendants in the case as Bell did contact Kygo following the alleged incident, and Andrea testified on Wednesday that she did want Mueller fired. Taylor Swift's bodyguard, Greg Dent, was among those called to the stand on Friday in the legal battle over an alleged incident that occurred over four years ago.
The 27-year-old singer alleges that former radio personality David Mueller groped her during a meet-and-greet in Denver, Colorado.
Dent -- who was seen chatting up Swift's brother, Austin, prior to testifying -- seemed to corroborate the testimony Swift confidently gave on Thursday, where she claimed Mueller "grabbed [onto her] a** cheek" while they were taking a photo. She referred to the alleged incident as "horrifying and shocking." Mueller has long denied groping Swift.

Taylor Swift took the stand on Thursday during day four of her legal battle against ex-radio host David Mueller, and testified that Mueller "grabbed [onto her] a** cheek" during a meet-and-greet in Denver, Colorado, in June 2013.
Mueller has denied the accusations and sued Swift in September 2015 -- two years after the alleged incident -- claiming her accusations that he inappropriately touched her were false, and cost him his $150,000-a-year job as a host at country station Kygo-fm as well as future career opportunities. She countersued him one month later for assault and battery.
The 27-year-old singer took the stand for an hour, wearing a colorful floral dress, and appeared to be in good spirits prior to being questioned by Mueller's attorney. During her testimony, Swift seemed very confident, and was attentive and articulate in her answers as her brother, Austin, and her father, Scott, sat in the front row.

Katherine Jackson's disturbing allegations against her nephew-in-law, Trent Jackson -- which he has previously denied -- continued in court papers she filed on Wednesday. Katherine filed the papers in support of her request for a permanent restraining order against him.

Lisa Marie Presley and her estranged husband, Michael Lockwood, both showed up in court on Wednesday in Los Angeles, California.
The hearing was over whether Presley -- who was dressed in a loose-fitting black pantsuit and white blouse that she paired with dark lipstick -- should have to pay Lockwood's attorney fees and other costs related to the court case. While the two do have a post-nuptial agreement from 2007, the judge ultimately ruled that Presley pay her ex $50,000 in increments of $10,000 monthly for reasonable fees and court costs, which includes some attorney fees, until a trial date is set in order to determine the validity of the post-nup.
