- Krista DeMille is an actress, producer, and choreographer. She was born in Toms River NJ to New Yorkers Susan Willard Deming (painter and granddaughter of American frontier painter/sculpture E. W. Both her grandfathers worked in TV, for NBC and CBS, from the 50's into the 70's. The family visual art and music influences brought Krista to a love for ballet at an early age. She began dancing professionally at fifteen with the NJ Ballet, which led to working with stage greats Mikhail Baryshnikov, Lucinda Childs, David Gordon, and Ralph Lemon. She is known for playing leading lady Kate in UK writer/director Martin Gooch's fourth feature film, Atomic Apocalypse (2020), which she produced and for which she won three Best Actress awards at film festivals worldwide.
