At the age of 5, a young Karsten Friske was cast as a shepherd in a local Christmas play. Destined to make his role memorable, he picked up his staff during one of the musical numbers, and proceeded to convert the seemingly ordinary prop into an air guitar! Eventually, Friske was cast as a lead in multiple theatre productions at the age of 11. In 2014, at the age of 14, Friske signed with his first talent agent. After two auditions, Friske was cast as one of the lead spokespersons for Sprint's national ad campaign, "The Frobinson Framily." His success has continued in recent years. He was cast as Owen Wilson's step-son in Masterminds and has since trained with renowned acting coaches like Sara Mornell. In his spare time, Friske enjoys coaching fellow actors for their self-tapes. In addition, he has enjoyed receiving a professional education in psychology and is a graduate student at the University of West Georgia.
