David has had a long and varied career as a composer, arranger and orchestrator for TV and film.
A classically trained musician who did his first degree at the Guildhall School of Music, he went on to do a second degree in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
He is a member of The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and a member of the Ivors Academy of Composers and Songwriters. He has 20 years of credits in film, TV and theatre, in the UK and the U.S.
Various recent credits include Daughter of the Bride, Supersize Me 2, Harry Potter: 20th Anniversary, Isolation Stories and This is Us.
He is a regular face at many famous studios including Abbey Road and Air Studios (UK), and has recorded at Ocean Way (Nashville), Avatar (NYC), Hinge Studios (Chicago) and Esplanade (New Orleans).
His orchestrations have been played by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the London Session Orchestra and Big Bands in both the U.S and U.K
David is also a gifted woodwind player, with a specialism in ancient instruments.
