Here’s what Variety has to say about the project:

Comedy series “Tacoma Fd” has been canceled at TruTV after four seasons, Variety has confirmed.
The series originally debuted on the basic cabler back in 2019. The show was part of the network’s push into original scripted series, alongside other shows like “At Home With Amy Sedaris,” “I’m Sorry,” and “Bobcat Goldthwait’s Misfits & Monsters.” However, TruTV’s original programming lineup has been winnowed down to virtually nothing in the past few years, with the only original series still on the network being the hidden camera show “Impractical Jokers.”
Likewise, fellow TNets like TBS and TNT — all of which fall under the Warner Bros. Discovery umbrella — have gone from notable rosters of scripted shows to having none. Most recently, the TBS comedy series “Miracle Workers” was canceled after four seasons. That show featured a cast that included Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi.

“Yellowstone” Season 5 has been slow, to say the least. So slow, in fact, that this season is actually being cut into two halves with the latter debuting this summer. The midseason finale tried to inject some necessary action into a rather lackluster season, mainly with Jamie (Wes Bentley) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) duking it out, but overall it was more a spinoff for the upcoming Taylor Sheridan spinoff “6666,” starring long-time cast member Jefferson White as cowboy Jimmy, than it was wrapping up any significant threads.
That being said, we were left with a few burning questions about what the second half of Season 5 could, and should, answer.
1. Beth’s killing Jamie, right?
Earlier in December I conjectured that Jamie was contemplating another murder—you know, to go with the previous two he already committed—but assumed he would attempt to take out his father, John (Kevin Costner). Instead, the finale...

This Yellowstone review contains spoilers.
Yellowstone Season 5 Episode 3
It was only a week ago when our review of the first two episodes of Yellowstone season 5 deemed this season “deliberately paced” or even “superfluous” – these are diplomatic ways of saying that the double-sized premiere of the show felt slow, and even repeated story beats audiences saw in season 4 at times. Yet, there was always faith. Faith in the show. Faith that with some slower moments will come excitement. Faith in Taylor Sheridan’s writing.
Surprisingly, Sheridan, who typically hooks viewers almost immediately, is going for a slow burn to unveil the secrets of this season’s story. There were plenty of things happening in episode 1 and 2, but nothing to really talk about. Yes, John (Kevin Costner) is now governor, but that was almost a forgone conclusion. Yes, Jamie (Wes Bentley) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) still hate one another, but again, this is nothing new.

Turner networks TBS and truTV have picked up fourth seasons of their hit comedies Miracle Workers and Tacoma Fd, respectively.
Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi will return for a fourth installment of the anthology comedy series Miracle Workers as new characters. Each season features the same cast playing new roles in a new setting – from angels in Heaven, to peasants in the Dark Ages, to settlers in the Old West.
Created by Simon Rich and executive produced by Lorne Michaels, Miracle Workers is cable’s #1 sitcom of 2021, reaching 18 million viewers to date. Dan Mirk and Robert Padnick serve as showrunners and are executive producers alongside Andrew Singer and Katy Jenson of Michaels’ Broadway Video, Simon Rich, Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi.
Tacoma Fd is set in a firehouse in one of America’s rainiest cities, where firefighters keep themselves entertained with creative competitions, friendly first responder rivalries and no shortage of bizarre emergency calls.

The loveable Station 24 firefighters are back on duty for Season 3 of Tacoma Fd. The truTV comedy comes from the minds of Broken Lizard’s Kevin Heffernan and Steve Lemme, known for comedy flicks like Super Troopers. For Tacoma, Heffernan and Lemme serve as creators and head up the cast as brother-in-laws Chief Terry McConky and Captain Eddie Penisi, respectively. Together with their joke-cracking squad, including goofy Andy (Eugene Cordero), former medic Granny (Marcus Henderson), foolhardy Ike (Gabriel Hogan), and the chief’s trailblazing daughter Lucy (Hassie Harrison), these first responders are forever bonded by their time together in Tacoma, Washington. Over Season 3’s 13 new episodes, that bond has never been more evident, whether they are playing pranks on one another, participating in some ridiculous competition, or responding to a house call that gives them more than they bargained for. Don’t believe us? Below, we put Heffernan and Lemme in the hot seat.
