Rebecca Paez began her production career wanting to play in film and television scores as a classical musician, starting a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University of Utah in 2006, until she decided to make a career switch and moved to Pittsburgh in 2010. She received her Bachelor's degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production in 2013, with an emphasis on sound recording, and sound and video editing. Rebecca returned to Utah in 2013 to work as a sound recordist, boom operator, and sound utility for 10 years. She has worked on many feature films and television series, including the award-winning Parade of Homes Show, the popular Halloween Wars on Food Network, Candy Coated Christmas on Discovery+, and Mira Mira on CryptTV. Rebecca moved to Atlanta in 2023 to further her production sound career, while also expanding her video editing and sound editing skills. Her hobbies include sleeping, playing with her cats, and spending time with her family.
