- Born in Prague, Marek Vesely began making films at the age of twelve with an interest in digital post-production and camera department. Between 2011 and 2013 he worked with a California-based company Red Digital Cinema on various educational and promotional projects. In 2012 he made a camera operator feature film debut, working on a documentary "Vana" with national theatrical premiere in late 2012. After coming back to Czech Republic he focused on television production, shooting multi-camera scripted television series. Later on continuing into the roam of live broadcast and live theatre. His primary focus is on cinematography for commercial, documentary and music video projects, often shooting on 16mm film.
