Netflix’s forthcoming drama Black Rabbit, starring Jason Bateman and Jude Law, is filling out its cast.
Oscar winner Troy Kotsur, Abbey Lee, Odessa Young and Robin De Jesús will have regular roles in the limited series, which comes from creators Zach Baylin and Kate Susman. Seven actors — Amir Malaklou, Don Harvey, Forrest Weber, Francis Benhamou, Gus Birney, John Ales and Steve Witting — will have recurring parts. They join the two stars and the previously cast Cleopatra Coleman, Amaka Okafor, Sopé Dìrísù, Dagmara Dominczyk and Chris Coy.
Bateman and Law will play brothers in Black Rabbit. Law’s character, Jake, is the owner of a New York hotspot, and when he lets his turbulent brother (Bateman) back into his life, he opens the door to escalating dangers that that threaten everything he’s built.
Among those dangers, based on descriptions for some of the new castmembers, is the criminal underworld.

Warning: contains Major Spoilers for series three of Slow Horses
Was series three the best yet for Apple TV’s spy thriller Slow Horses? It was certainly the series with by far the most action, the highest kill count, and the biggest secrets. So… yes, actually.
But while usually Slow Horses is MI5 vs The Bad Guys, this time “the call was coming from inside the house”, and warring factions from within the service were hunting down their own, betraying and back-stabbing all over the shop.
If you’re looking for a guide to what actually happened to make sure you didn’t miss anything, here’s all your Slow Horses series three questions answered:
What Secret Was Donovan’s Girlfriend Alison Trying to Expose?

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for the Slow Horses Season 3 finale “Footprints.”] River’s (Jack Lowden) thrown for a loop in the Slow Horses Season 3 finale. He and Louisa (Rosalind Eleazar) do make it out of the facility with the file that Sean Donovan (Sope Dirisu), who didn’t, was after to prove MI5 killed someone he loved for leaking classified intel, and Lamb (Gary Oldman) does rescue Standish (Saskia Reeves). But then River brings the file to his grandfather (Jonathan Pryce), who says if it got out, it would destroy the reputation of security services — and burns the papers. He says he did the right thing to protect River … who has a copy of the file in his car. Below, Lowden takes us inside River’s head after that betrayal. River brings the file to his grandfather who burns it and tells him not to be upset that what he did was the right thing to protect River.

Maybe we should all aspire to be as calm as Ingrid (Sophie Okonedo) is in TV Insider’s exclusive sneak peek of the Slow Horses Season 3 finale, dropping on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, December 27. The First Desk (the Director-General of MI5) was the one to issue the kill order for anyone who knew about that file that could presumably prove that Sean Donovan (Sope Dirisu) was right that MI5 killed someone he loved for leaking classified intel, and now, Diana (Kristin Scott Thomas) can’t help but remark about the fact that she hasn’t heard from Duffy (Chris Reilly). “He’ll call when he’s contained the situation,” Ingrid says, but Diana corrects that with exactly what she’s set in motion: “You mean when he’s murdered fellow agents at your bidding.” Since they’re talking about Slow Horses, to Ingrid, they’re “mercy killings, putting ...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Slow Horses Season 3 Episode 4 “Uninvited Guest.”] River (Jack Lowden) is about to regret saying yes to Ingrid (Sophie Okonedo) on Slow Horses. The First Desk (the Director-General of MI5) enlists him to take Sean Donovan (Sope Dirisu) to a facility to see files he’s so sure will prove that MI5 killed someone he loved for leaking classified intel in exchange for handing over Standish (Saskia Reeves), whom he and his team kidnapped. But then Ingrid tells Duffy (Chris Reilly) that anyone who went inside cannot make it out, given what Sean is really there to see. That means River and Louisa (Rosalind Eleazar). TV Insider spoke with Lowden about River’s Season 3 so far, including that one-man heist he tried to pull off, what’s going on with his grandfather (Jonathan Pryce), and what’s next. Let’s start with River’s attempt to pull off that heist at...

Slow Horses is finally back with a whole new season filled with espionage, institutional failure, corruption, dark jokes, and deadly farts. The Apple TV+ series recently came out with its much anticipated third season and once again it revolves around the MI5 failures who are occupying Slough House. In the new season, we see a member of the Slow Horses getting kidnapped and how the rest of the team fights with everything they have to get them back.
As always Slow Horses isn’t your typical spy thriller because its characters and stories are as far from James Bond as they could be, and in my opinion, that’s what made Slow Horses one of the best espionage thriller ever made.

Slow Horses is back with its much-awaited third season, and I am happy to say that it is even better than what came before. The Gary Oldman dark comedy-drama has to be one of the best TV shows in the entire world, but sadly it is still not getting the attention it deserves.
Based on the third novel of the Slough House book series titled Real Tigers by Mick Herron, the new season starts in Istanbul with Alison Dunn (Katherine Waterston), an MI5 agent, and Sean Donovan (Sope Dirisu), head of security. The relationship between these two sets up the events for the upcoming episodes and while we don’t see the Slow Horses in the opening scene, they get caught up in this new mess pretty soon.

Apple TV+ has shared the first trailer at the upcoming third season of its critically acclaimed espionage drama, ‘Slow Horses.’
Starring Academy Award winner Gary Oldman. The darkly humorous espionage drama follows a dysfunctional team of British intelligence agents who serve in a dumping ground department of MI5 known un-affectionately as Slough House. Apple TV+ is shifting up its rollout strategy for Slow Horses Season 3, and it means we'll be getting new episodes sooner.
As revealed Tuesday morning, the highly-anticipated next chapter of the Gary Oldman drama will now premiere on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
It was previously revealed that new episodes would air beginning December 1, 2023, so we're getting them two days earlier.
Apple TV+ has been experimenting with rolling out shows earlier in the week, and it worked very well for Ted Lasso Season 3, so we're inclined to believe this will be a good thing for this hit drama series.
We also got our first look at Slow Horses Season 3 today, with Apple TV+ sharing the official trailer.
If there's one thing we know about Slow Horses, it's that the series features a lot of talented individuals, and that will continue.

When Catherine Standish (Saskia Reeves) is kidnapped by rogue MI5 agents, it’s up to her fellow Slow Horse agents to save her in the first trailer for Season 3 of “Slow Horses.”
Apple TV+ released the preview on Tuesday for the British spy show, which returns with the first two episodes of Season 3 on Nov. 29. A new episode premieres every Wednesday through Dec. 27.
“I need a team of good agents, but I just have the Slow Horses,” laments slovenly senior agent Jackson Lamb (Gary Oldman), who never misses a chance to crack wise, even when lives are on the line.
Later in the clip, River Cartwright (Jack Lowden) calls from a besieged warehouse to tell Lamb, “There are men outside with guns. Some backup might be handy.”
Lamb’s nonchalant reply, “Well, I’m busy.”
Responds a frustrated Cartwright, “Ok, thanks, I’m sure the situation will resolve itself.”

It was announced several years ago that J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions was developing a new Constantine TV series for Max, but a recent report from Variety confirms that the project has officially been scrapped. I know, not exactly a surprise, but the series got further ahead than you might have thought.
According to the report, the Constantine TV series was far enough along that they were already in talks with an actor to play the leading role before it was scrapped. There had been rumours that Sope Dirisu (Gangs of London) was being eyed to play Constantine, but nothing was ever confirmed. The series would have been set in contemporary London, and four scripts had been written.

Morfydd Clark of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and Saint Maud has signed on to join Eddie Marsan (Happy-Go-Lucky) and Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù (His House) in the cast of the revenge thriller Uncle, Deadline reports.
Joe Marcantonio will be directing Uncle from a screenplay he crafted with Owynne Dawkins. Their story has the following synopsis: After the brutal murder of their family, barely teenage Millie and her Uncle John (Dìrísù) embark on a brutal mission of revenge and retribution. But as they get closer to the people responsible, Millie must decide if she is ready to follow the bloody path of vengeance… and its violent, premature journey into adulthood.
Details on the characters Clark and Marsan will be playing have not been revealed. We also don’t know who will be playing the Millie character, which sounds like it will be a great role for a young actor.

“Gangs of London” star Ṣọpẹ Dìrísù has joined the third season of Apple TV+’s British spy series “Slow Horses” as an ex-security boss, Variety can reveal.
Dìrísù is set to play Sean Donovan, the former head of security at the British embassy in Istanbul, in the show, which is based on best-selling author Mick Herron’s “Slow Horses” books.
“Slow Horses” sees Gary Oldman bring to life Herron’s slobby anti-hero Jackson Lamb, who leads a gang of misfit MI5 operatives demoted to Slough House after making career-ending mistakes. Season 3 will see the team having to overcome their differences and work together when one of their members if kidnapped by a rogue agent.
In the third instalment of Herron’s literary series, titled “Real Tigers,” Donovan is also revealed to have a romantic link to one of the main ensemble, although it’s unknown how closely the screen adaptation will follow the books.

Gangs of London is an explosive crime drama that blew up the streets of the capital when season one landed in 2020. Now the whole of season two is with us, available to stream in full on Sky Atlantic, Now and AMC+, and no expense is spared on the violence and the visuals as well as the emotional impact.
Not only that but a season three has been greenlit too. The worst thing about it? You’re going to have to wait until next year at the earliest to get your teeth into more Gangs.
Great news, then, that season two lead director Corin Hardy along with writer Rowan Athale and illustrator Ferenc Nothof have created a graphic novel which fill in some of the gaps between seasons one and two.
