Lydia is an actress born and based in Athens, Greece.
She began her journey at The American College of Greece, Deree, from where she holds a Bachelor in Arts (Theatre Arts).
She then moved to London where she lived for 13 years, completed her Masters of Arts in Acting (Theatre) from East 15 Acting School (University of Essex) and worked constantly as an actress and voice over artist.
She was a member of The Unseen Acting School (2016-18) where she developed her craft, expanded her screen acting techniques, performed in film productions and prestigious showcases at Soho House (London).
Lydia was an artistic associate of Goblin Baby Theatre Co., a London based activist theatre company, from 2014-2017. She was also actively involved with Sibling Productions/Short Cuts Festival from 2012 till 2014.
Furthermore she is part of the One Billion Rising campaign and a great supporter of Eve Ensler's activist work.
She became a member of the Actor's Guild (2017) where she attends acting workshops regularly.
She is pursuing her acting passion in Athens while at the same time she's active with her script writing, and producing her own work.
