Top Chef is currently cooking in rainy Seattle, but I'd like to offer some sunnier vistas: the ten hottest contestants in Top Chef history. We'll have to save our Tom Colicchio/Rocco Dispirito lust for another post.
In the meantime, take a look at these ten hotties, glare ominously into their eyes like an intrigued Padma Lakshmi, and fight with me in the comments about who should be ranked higher/lower/not at all.
10. Chris Crary (season nine)
You're working with some kind of charm when you can place ninth and still garner the Fan Favorite award, and as you can see, Chris Crary of Top Chef: Texas was working with some fine pectoral charms. Too bad my vision of that season is tainted by weird, vaguely mean-seeming guest judge Pee Wee Herman.
9. Hung Hunyh (season three)
God, I love cockiness. Unabashed, ego-poppin' cockiness. Hung Huynh was a hotshot...

The worst season of Top Chef since that smug bully Illan Hall won concluded last night with a reunion, which started with a surprising revelation: After losing to Paul Qui, Sarah Grueneberg told chef and judge Emeril Lagasse to "fuck off." While reunions usually end with the revelation of the fan favorite, Andy Cohen obnoxiously deferred that to his obnoxious show, where it was revealed "Malibu" Chris Crary's obnoxious campaign to win had paid off.

According to reunion master Andy Cohen, 90 percent of all questions about Top Chef: Texas had to do with Beverly and the trio of sweaty, foul-mouthed meanies who bullied her throughout the competition. But honestly, after a whole season in which the food took a backseat to all the undercooked drama in the kitchen, I was glad that most of the reunion focused on other topics — like Ty-lör and his furry bottom (click this borderline-nsfw link at your own risk). Oh my God. Seriously, why were we subjected to that? He’s a good-looking guy, but in that photo he...

The heat was on Wednesday night for the Top Chef: Texas finale as two contestants - Paul Qui and Sarah Grueneberg - battled it out in Vancouver to determine who would ultimately come out on top. The chefs were asked to prepare four courses of their choice for 100 diners and the panel of judges, with the help of some familiar faces. Paul enlisted Barbara Lynch, Ty-Lor Boring, Chris Crary and Keith Rhodes, while Sarah had the help of Nyesha Arrington, Tyler Stone, Heather Terhune and Grayson Shmitz in the kitchen. And if it were up to People.com readers,...

Top Chef's "Malibu" Chris Crary took time out of his day filled with painting naked ladies, keeping fit and being Chef de Cuisine at Whist at the Viceroy hotel in Santa Monica to talk with the Insider. See what the Top Chef: Texas hunk had to say about the war between Beverly and Heather, keeping off 70 pounds and the rest of his dramatic season of the hit Bravo reality show.
The Insider: How does it feel to leave Top Chef?
Chris Crary: It was difficult. It’s so early still in the competition and I felt like I didn’t get to show myself in a lot of my cooking. It’s hard that I didn’t get to put it all out there for everyone to see.

Overseasoning a dish is pretty unforgiveable on Top Chef, but "Malibu" Chris Crary didn't think his ultra-salty rub for his team's barbeque meat would doom him. "I knew I made a mistake, but I didn't think it was going to be me at all," he tells TVGuide.com. "I was pretty surprised. It seemed pretty close between the five of us." Alas, the resident eye candy got eliminated — but not before we got an eyeful of his favorite non-cooking pastime: painting naked women. See what "Malibu" Chris has to say about his hobby, Beverly's Rv fire and more.
