Billy the Kid Season 1’s ending set the stage for the Lincoln County Wars. Billy had changed allegiances and chosen to fight for John Tunstall. This was a move that shocked Jesse, but he respected his friend’s decision. Jesse was glad that Billy told him about his decision before leaving the gang. Billy had taken a stand that would change the dynamics of the war. Lawrence Murphy was willing to take up the fight without Billy on their side. The trigger point of the war is what the first episode is about.

This article contains spoilers for Gen V episode 5.
Class is in session over at Godolkin University, as Eric Kripke’s world of The Boys expands into Gen V. Based on the “We Gotta Go Now” arc of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s The Boys comics, Gen V is also inspired by Marvel’s X-Men and introduces us to a young crop of wannabe supes.
We’re five episodes into Gen V season 1, and as we head into our final exams, there are enemies coming from all sides at Marie Moreau (Jaz Sinclair) and her classmates. Although we know Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy is on the way to cause trouble, viewers have used their Tek Knight-inspired powers of perception to sniff out another potential crossover between Gen V and its bigger brother.
While we’re still no closer to figuring out what’s going on in The Woods and what...

There are very few television creators you trust that if you give their show a chance, you won't be disappointed.
Mike Flanagan has cemented himself as the king of horror mini-series because he took existing formats, refined them, gave them his unique twist, and in the end, it became its own new genre.
The Fall of the House of Usher Season 1 Episode 1 introduced his latest endeavor, where he took some of the most popular stories by Edgar Allan Poe and gave them a modern twist that the audience from the twenty-first century would be able to identify with more.
My full disclosure is that my knowledge of Edgar Allan Poe is surface-level at best, so I'm coming at this from a purely entertainment-oriented angle.
Do you think I'll miss any nuances about Edgar's works the show aims to explore?
The first noticeable thing about the show was that the faces were familiar.

Veteran film executive Paul Davidson has acquired the remake rights to “Electric Dreams,” the 1984 film written and produced by Rusty Lemorande.
Davidson — who previously ran The Orchard and Idw Entertainment — struck the deal with Lemorande, who retained the rights to the film after its release nearly four decades ago. Brian T. Arnold, whose script “In the End” appeared on the 2021 Black List and is being produced by Sister, will pen the new movie.
In a statement, Davidson described the original “Electric Dreams” as “an iconic film that left a deep imprint on me from the first time I saw it.” He adds: “Released in what is clearly one of the best decades for film ever, it remains a classic that feels especially prescient today. Joining forces with Brian and Rusty is immensely exciting.”
