Trent Kendrick was raised in a small town in southwest Kansas. At 17 he signed to a modeling agency in New York City. After his debut with Hugo Boss, he was quickly thrust into the world of international fashion. He put modeling on hold to attend the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Film & Television Production. Post graduation, Trent wrote and directed an awareness short for the Los Angeles LGBT Center, which helped raise millions for the newly constructed homeless youth shelter. He went on to work under director Roland Emmerich on White House Down and served as Associate Producer on Stonewall. His debut narrative feature F.L.Y. (a project he wrote, directed, produced and starred in) premiered at Outfest in July 2023.
