Josh Ford(IV)
- Actor
Josh Ford is an American born actor who grew up in Cleveland, OH. He enjoyed bringing characters to life as a kid. His favorites were Indiana Jones and anything thing to do with Martial Arts. He has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys all sports. His first taste of the big screen was when he played 3rd base in the opening scenes of the movie Major League. After getting the acting bug he went on to perform in plays and short films. High school got him involved in sports and academics where he had 4 varsity letters. He then went on to Miami University where he became a member of Delta Tau Delta, ran track, competed on the Tae Kwon Do team and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Finance.
His passion was always acting but right out of college he went into the corporate world on his family's suggestion. After climbing the corporate ladder for 6 years he decided that if he didn't peruse his dream of becoming an actor he never would. He quit his job, almost gave his mom a heartache and moved to NYC. He has performed in the iconic play Happy Hour and recently performed the eye-opening play Conversations with an Average Joe. For TV, he played a doctor on All My Children, Scott Peterson on A&E's The Murder of Laci Peterson, a fireman on Nickelodeon's Team Umizoomi and Dan (patient zero) in a zombie movie for the History Channel. You can also see him Hosting, in print ads and commercials.
He also has a passion to create new and originally content. Which prompted him to start his first productions company back in 2022 called Monkey Light Media. He hopes to create a new age explorer, inspired by his interest in the unusual, unexplained, undiscovered and of course his childhood hero, Indiana Jones.
He resides in NYC with his wife and 5yr. old daughter.
