It's always difficult mixing business with family, but Jeff Lewis was excited to bring on his sister-in-law Sarah Berkman on 'Flipping Out' (Tue., 9Pm Et on Bravo). However, after two years it's proving to not be a great fit for either of them.
It didn't help that Lewis' boyfriend was urging him to let Berkman go. While she doesn't prove to be grossly incompetent at her job, she remains inadequate in a myriad of little ways regularly enough that it just isn't acceptable after all that time.
"I sense that you've been unhappy and stressed, and I know that you go home sometimes really upset," Lewis told Berkman. "And I think it's created a strain on the family."

Sarah Berkman was thrilled with the bachelorette party Jeff Lewis threw for her in Las Vegas on 'Flipping Out' (Tuesdays, 9Pm on Bravo). But not everyone was looking forward to it with the same amount of enthusiasm. Trace James Lehnhoff and Gage Edward had their reservations, and didn't look terribly comfortable in the strip club.
"We were sort of like eagerly anticipating, you know, what kind of girls are going to come out and freak on our laps," said Berkman. Lewis thought Berkman enjoyed herself perhaps a little too much. "I think Sarah actually preferred the female strippers," he said. "I mean, she might want to reconsider this marriage."

Drama galore this week on Bravo's hilarious reality series "Flipping Out." This week brings on some scary moments for the Jeff Lewis crew. Another less serious, yet somewhat scary encounter comes at Sarah Berkman's bachelorette party. Heading to a strip club may sound fun to some people, but certainly not Gage! Will he last the entire night or will the female strippers have him running for the exit? Find out this Tuesday 7/26 @ 9/8c on Bravo's Flipping Out Sarah Should Reconsider This...
