Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, The American-Brazilian Film Director, Actor, Writer and Producer Victor Fraga have being working in a variety of movies, documentaries, and shows in the film industry for more than 30 years, collaborating with writers, producers, and actors to develop scripts, storyboards, and shooting schedules for film and TV productions, leading production teams, coordinating pre-production, filming, and post-production activities to ensure a seamless production process. Has been working on national and international projects, fostering strong relationships with industry professionals, agents, and distributors.
As an Event Producer, produced and directed successful events in the City of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), including music concerts, theater productions, and community festivals, collaborating with a team of talented artists and performers to create unique and impactful performances that highlighted the cultural diversity of the region.
As an activist has been a participant in many Social and Artistic Projects, developing and implementing socio educational programs for young artists, which inspired and nurtured the next generation of performers. Among the organizations and programs we highlight SESI (Industry Social Service) of Brazil, developing for the Programa Vira Vida (Turn Life Program) a therapeutic method using acting techniques to help young adults in vulnerable situations overcome severe trauma and emotional distress, designing and implementing a program that incorporated acting exercises as group therapy sessions to improve the mental health and well-being of program participants. Also Collaborated with Grupo Nós do Morro (a social project that uses theater, cinema and other forms of art to improve the life quality and promote self-esteem of a favela community in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) as a producer for the project Nos da Baixada, created engaging and impactful performances that showcased the cultural diversity of the region, and developing and implementing educational programs for young artists, teaching classes in acting, directing, and stagecraft.
