One of the earliest films featuring the name Scott Jeffrey, that we reviewed here on Nerdly, was Darker Shades of Elise, a film Jeffrey produced back in 2017 and a film that didn’t really reflect where the rest of the actor turned director/producer’s oeuvre would head. But now Proportion Productions are back, only this time not with a low-budget monster movie, terrifying slasher film or brilliant metaphorical horror. No, with Graphic Desires the company bring us back to another time, the 90s post-Basic Instinct, with another erotic thriller.

Sometimes all you can do is admit you may have been wrong…Case in point, I am on record as saying that I fear a barrage of lockdown/isolation “Zoom” movies that are inevitability coming our way, I mean it stands to reason that as we haven’t been able to go anywhere and movie and TV sets have been shut down, of course people will jump onto Zoom and try to become the next Spielberg, because what the hell else are they gonna do? My fear though was that, much like the movie industry moves in trends, that this would become the trend and – honestly – I kinda just want to forget this period of history.
Then Host came along. A 50 minute Zoom-style horror that totally blew me away.

If you only watch one "Breaking Bad" video tribute/homage/parody today, let it be this one.
YouTube user Richard Sandling has cut together a video of Walter White (Bryan Cranston) speaking the words to Frank Sinatra's "My Way," with some series-specific modifications. It's pretty great, and must have taken quite a bit of time to put together. So thanks for that, Mr. Sandling.

Now that the final season of “Breaking Bad” is underway, fans are chomping at the bit to see how things shake out for Walter White.
And thanks to comedian Richard Sandling, there’s a brand new dubbed video of Bryan Cranston's character with bits edited together to show him singing Frank Sinatra’s classic “My Way.”
Meanwhile, Aaron Paul is one of the only folks who actually knows how the show will end, and it sounds like he’s a huge fan of the finale.
Paul told press, “I always take my time with these scripts. Part 1 [of Season 5], I always wanted to be in a very relaxed setting, maybe have a glass of wine and just take my time with it. I wanted to do that with part 2, and I did it with the first episode, and the second one I did that, and then I started getting them in...

"And now, the end is here. And so I face the final season." Comedian Richard Sandling's Baracksdubs-inspired mash-up is so much more than just clever editing. With lyrical changes here and there and a solemn tune that successfully weaves in the Breaking Bad universe, you can almost imagine Walter White stepping up to the stage of an Albuquerque karaoke lounge.

Have you always hoped British sensation TV show "Downton Abbey" would collide with British sensation pop group One Direction? Well, look no further.
Comedian Richard Sandling put together this video of the cast "covering" "What Makes You Beautiful" by using tiny clips of the cast saying each lyric. It's rather hilarious. Sandling made the movie for his monthly live comedy show at the Leicester Square Theatre in London.
Sandling is also the man behind the "Mad Men" cast covering Rick Astley's '80s hit "Never Gonna Give You Up," which is below.
What other song/TV show mashups would you like to see?...

You don't know you're beautiful, Downton Abbey. But comedian Richard Sandling does!
Sandling is the brains behind a video mashup of the Crawley crew performing One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful." Using footage from seasons 1 through 3 (and both Christmas specials), cast members of Downton lend their dramatic dialogue to the hit song.
And after Sunday's shocking season 3 finale, a little Downton humor is just what the Dowager Countess ordered.
Originally created for Richard Sandling's Perfect Movie, a monthly live show created by the comedian, the cast of Downton manages to utter every lyric – with one exception. Rather than...

You’re insecure? The residents and servants of Downton Abbey don’t know what for — you’re turning heads when you walk through their (elaborately designed) do-o-or!
Need even more reassurance? Just watch mashup artist Richard Sandling’s awesome new video, which features Matthew, Mary, Bates, Anna, and even the Dowager Countess herself “singing” One Direction’s romantic/insidious hit “What Makes You Beautiful.” Though some of the clips repeat after the first chorus, you’ll want to watch all the way to the end anyway — especially to see how Sandling handles the “na-na-na-na” part.

File this one under: reasons we're glad the Internet exists. By now, we're sure you're all aware of the Internet prank known as "Rickrolling," where you click a link expecting one thing, say adorable cats playing poker, and get Rick Astley's 1987 classic "Never Gonna Give You Up" instead. Well, we've now got the best take on Rickrolling for your viewing pleasure: the cast of Mad Men performing it, one word at a time! Comedian Richard Sandling, who hosts Perfect Movie, a monthly stand-up comedy show about film in London, compiled footage from the first four seasons of the AMC hit in order to make the YouTube video. Yes, the cast, including Jon...

Take a good dose of cheesy 1980s dance-pop, liberally stir in some 1960s posing and Don Draper handsome, and serve on the web in a short, third millenium YouTube video.
That seems to be the tidy little recipe that comedian Richard Sandling followed when he created this mesmerizing mashup that features the "Man Men" cast "singing" along to Rick Astley's 1987 hit song "Never Gonna Give You Up."
Featuring a delightful mish-mash of clips from seasons one through four of AMC's hit TV series, this retro remix is unexpected and decidedly silly -- but it's a winning combination that's surely better than this:
"That was magic, and everybody should see this video. Everybody," one YouTube viewer said of the "Mad Man" mashup.

Tom Selleck is nothing without his Moustache, that freakin' think under his nose made him a star. So imagine how big some of these other stars out there would be if their faces were graced by the Moustache as well. It could be a drastic improvement for any actor, and here's a video that proves it. YouTube user Buchan39 has posted a hilarious video montage of several classic films where the actors are digitally enhanced with Tom Selleck's Moustache. For those of you looking to make it big in Hollywood, all you have to do to get noticed and get your big break is to sport the Moustache. The video was created by Richard Sandling. Enjoy!

There are few things more amazing than Tom Selleck's legendary mustache. It's like a beautiful unicorn for the upper lip. Someone else in this world realized the importance of the Selleck 'stache, so they made a video with several different movie characters sporting that magical piece of facial hair. It's a little silly but anything that helps to show my love for Tom Selleck is a good cause. Check out this goofy supercut made by Richard Sandling.

It is 8.30am on a Saturday morning. Normally at this time on a Saturday I’d be in the catatonic state that customarily precedes a hangover. But not today. Today I am fresh-faced and awake, for today I am embarking on the Stathamathon, a gruelling eight-hour marathon of ludicrously explosive action movies starring the balding Brit bruiser Jason Statham.
Since being recruited by Guy Ritchie in 1998 to lead up his debut gangster flick Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, the Stath has carved a very respectable career for himself blowing things up, shooting things with guns, and delivering one-liners in his patented mockney accent. As comedian Richard Sandling, our host for the day, correctly observed, “he is his own genre”.
The event is being organised by Lionsgate to promote the forthcoming Blitz, which will be screened alongside three other Stath classics: The Mechanic, The Expendables and audience choice Crank 2: High Voltage.

Jason Statham is a special sort of British film icon. He can kick ass with the best screen heroes in the world and deliver the odd wisecrack and one liner, to boot. Yes. Great Britain has an international action movie star and that should be celebrated. And it was!
Lionsgate held a Jason Statham movie event - what we like to call the Jason Stathamthon - at the Charlotte St. Hotel on Saturday 7th May where a gathering of bloggers and competition winners sat down to gorge not only on Haribo, jelly beans and popcorn, but four Jason Statham flicks!
With Blitz released in UK cinemas on 20th May and the Blu-ray and DVD release of The Mechanic on 6th June, FilmShaft's Martyn Conterio and Alan Simmons went along to report on the event and re-assess the cinema of Jason Statham. In a word or two,...
