Victor V. Hogan, II is an Emmy award winning Producer/Editor. A first generation American born to Victor Hogan, Sr. and Icilda Hogan (immigrants from Panama), he was born in New York, New York USA as Victor Vicente Hogan, II and grew up in South Queens. He later moved to Atlanta, GA with his family. His career in TV/Film production spans for three decades. He's directed, edited and produced projects for major cable networks, streaming platforms & independent film projects. Hogan earned his Emmy for his producing/editing on 2004's documentary, "The New Face of Homelessness". He is Chief Creative Officer(CCO) and co-founder of QVH Media an independent film studio located in Atlanta, GA. He is also owner of Sacri Monti Films a full service (post) production company.
