Mario-Francisco Robles was born and raised in New York City, the product of two prominent Hispanic theatre families. He's devoted his life to entertainment, including training and professional experience in all of the following areas: Acting, Directing, Writing, Singing, & Dance. With a busy life that includes being a freelance film columnist, a professional disk jockey, and a full-time father to two beautiful children, Mario doesn't always find the time to perform but he's always open to whatever opportunities may come.
Mario is also film columnist whose work has been published on IGN, Moviehole, and Latino-Review. He's also the Editor-in-Chief of Revenge of The Fans, a geek-leaning entertainment news site.
He is also the lead singer for the hard rock band The Boom Section. Their album, "Bright Lights," is available for download on iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, and more.
Mario is the nephew of respected Cuban actress Elizabeth Peña.
