Exclusive: Bobby Bones-fronted social experiment Snake In The Grass won’t be returning to USA Network.
The NBCUniversal cable network has cancelled the reality series after one season.
It comes after the broadcaster renewed Blake Shelton and Carson Daly’s Barmageddon for a second season after it became its best series premiere in nearly three years.
Snake In The Grass and Barmageddon were both part of USA Network’s latest unscripted slate, which was unveiled last May. The slate also included Race To Survive Alaska, from Deadliest Catch producer Original Productions, which is launching in April.
Snake in the Grass saw groups of four strangers who are dropped into the wild with a chance to win $100,000. In order to win, the team had to figure out which one of them is the Snake – a saboteur who is secretly undermining the group every step of the way.

“The Simpsons” returns for its 34th season on Sunday with an episode loosely inspired by the Netflix docuseries “Don’t F**k with Cats.” Variety has a first look at the episode; scroll down to watch!
That series, which won an Emmy in 2020 for outstanding writing for a nonfiction program, centered on a group of amateur internet sleuths who launch a manhunt to find a suspect accused of animal cruelty — and worse. In “The Simpsons” premiere, “Habeus Tortoise,” Homer visits the zoo and discovers that its 150-year-old tortoise has gone missing. He then becomes part of an internet group determined to find the truth behind the animal’s disappearance.
“It’s about how about internet sleuths and how people find community in internet causes and mysteries,” said “The Simpsons” executive producer Matt Selman. “Homer is feeling kind of stupid and dumb after humiliating himself. He goes to the zoo to cheer himself up,...

Ironically, the shorter the fight due to a knockout, the greater the value for ticket money when it comes to Ufc knockouts.
It’s pretty amazing to watch a fight conclude after a few short seconds.
The Ultimate Fighting Championships have seen some of the ugliest and fastest knockouts. While some are slow and painful to watch, others have been swift and devastating, so sudden that the match only lasts a few minutes.
For most spectators, the faster a knockout happens, the more thrilling the match is. Ufc events happen every so often, so the record for the fastest knockout is hardly held for long.
Fighters get to redeem themselves when they lose in the shortest bouts while the winners set new records.
The fastest knockouts have not been consistently happening each year. Some date back almost seven years ago. Here’s a list of some of the greatest knockouts in the history of Ufc.

It’s the start of another week, so you know what that means – more DVD and Blu-ray releases to swallow up all your hard-earned cash! So here’s the rundown of what’s available to buy from today, September 12th 2011.
Pick(S) Of The Week
Take Me Home Tonight (DVD/Blu-ray)
Starring Topher Grace, Anna Faris, Dan Fogler and Teresa Palmer, Take Me Home Tonight is a raunchy, romantic and ultimately touching blast from the past set to an awesome soundtrack of timeless rock and hip-hop hits. Recent MIT grad Matt Franklin (Topher Grace) should be working for a Fortune 500 company and starting his upward climb to full-fledged yuppie-hood. Instead, the directionless 23-year-old confounds family and friends by taking a part-time job behind the counter of a video store at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. But Matt’s silent protest against maturity comes to a screeching halt once his unrequited high school crush,...

After a bit of a wait, Michael Jai White’s directorial debut “Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown” is finally scheduled to kick martial arts fans directly in the face when it arrives on September 13th, 2011, courtesy of Sony Pictures. White stars as an ex-mma fighter-turned-trainer who takes four up-and-coming scrappers under his wing as they prepare to enter a tournament known only as The Beatdown. Alex Meraz, Dean Geyer, Ufc fighter Todd Duffee, and Mma fighter Scott Epstein co-star. As far as DVD extras are concerned, I wouldn’t hold my breath for anything overwhelming. Unless, of course, you love trailers for other features from Sony Pictures. In case you missed the trailer, it has been embedded below. function getVideo() { var so = new SWFObject("http://cdn.springboard.gorillanation.com/storage/xplayer/yo033.swf?pid=byhw013&siteId=243&videoId=296515&autostart=false&file=http://cms.springboard.gorillanation.com/xml_feeds_advanced/index/243/3/296515/&pageUrl="+escape(document.

I’ll get this out of the way: “Never Back Down” was an incredibly punk-ass fight flick. I think I spent the majority of the film rolling my eyes and sighing audibly, which is always a good sign that I am not impressed. When I heard someone was crafting a sequel, I think I may have laughed a little, that is, until I learned that Michael Jai White would star and direct the flick. Needless to say, I’m definitely on-board now. The teaser trailer for “Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown” has finally arrived, and I must say, it’s pretty badass. Not only do you get to see White doing his thing, the feature also stars Ufc Fighter Todd Duffee, Mma Fighter Scott Epstein, and Ufc Champion Lyoto Machida. Wow! Check out the clip below. Via Twitch function getVideo() { var so = new SWFObject("http://cdn.springboard.gorillanation.

It has been a few years since the modest hit in Never Back Down came out, and since then, has gathered a solid little following. Twitch has the new trailer for Never Back Down 2, directed by and starring Michael Jai White (Mortal Kombat: Legacy), and stars Ufc Fighter Todd Duffee, Mma Fighter Scott Epstein and Ufc Champion Lyoto Machida.
Something tells me this sequel will be very hard-hitting. No word on a release date yet.
