Tammy Tsang is a writer and filmmaker born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She has written and produced a number of short films including: Driving to You (2013), Rocking on Air (2019), Lauren in the Bathroom (2021) which screened at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival and won multiple awards in the Mighty Asian Moviemaking Marathon's Ultra Short Category including Best Screenplay and Best Director, and Operation: Stuplloyd (2023) which will premiere at the Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival in March 2024. When not working on passion projects, she works as an assistant director in the film industry. Tammy's writing room experiences include a AAA video game through The Coalition Studio and the development room for Indigenous series, Hey Cuzzin'. An alum of the Pacific Screenwriting Program's Scripted Series Lab 2022 cohort and a recipient of the 2022 Rogers-BSO Film Development Fund, Tammy aspires to show what stories Canadians can offer.
In the independent game development space, Tammy was one of three co-writers for The Widow's Shadow, a German Expressionist inspired visual novel game created for the 2023 Spooktober Game Jam and was nominated for Best Cinematography.
