A film editor from Kolkata, Bodhaditya Banerjee completed his schooling from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur, following which he went on to attain his graduation degree from Jadavpur University in 2001. Upon graduation, he enrolled himself at the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute in Kolkata, where he studied filmmaking and editing at length. Bodhaditya made his debut in 2010 with movie Autograph, which went on to garner widespread acclaim and won several awards at various award functions. Bodhaditya's work also won him the BIG Editor Award at Big FM's Big Bangla Movie Awards in 2010. His association with Srijit Mukherji extended across several Bengali movies such as Baishe Srabon, Hemlock Society, Mishawr Rawhoshyo, and Jaatishwar. Meanwhile, his other projects include Apur Panchali, Obhishopto Nighty, Golpo Holeo Shotti, Chotoder Chobi, and Natoker Moto: Like a Play. Making his foray into mainstream Hindi Film Industry, Bodhaditya edited the drama thriller Pink, which won him the Screen Award for Best Editing. Among his other Bollywood projects are Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor's 102 Not Out and the Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'cruz's Raid.
