Daytime Emmy Award winner Mark Ruffin has created memorable works for Television, Film and Broadway. An alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Ruffin made his mark building puppets at The Jim Henson Company. Mark's work on Sesame Street earned him a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design. Four Daytime Emmy nominations followed due to his creative contributions.
Mark Ruffin has created costumes for some of the greatest productions of our time. His costume work can be found in the permanent collections of The Whitney Museum of American Art, Seattle Art Museum, and Studio Museum in Harlem. In addition Seagram Americas selected Mark Ruffin as its Designer of Choice in The City of Philadelphia.
Mark Ruffin's MRCO Studio offers design, fabrication and styling for artist, individuals, small/ medium sized companies and corporations.
