Originally from Windsor Ontario, Danielle was a member of a variety of theatre troupes in the Windsor/Detroit area including Windsor Light Opera, Korda Artistic Productions, Breathe Art Theatre Project, Theatre Alive, Theatre Windsor, Cardinal Productions, and The Capitol Repertory Players. She co-produced and performed with Plaid Jacket Productions for eight years, focusing on romantic comedies and sketch comedy/musical revues (6 productions per year). When she moved to Toronto in 2006, her focus shifted to Film and TV, and gravitated to voice work in particular. Credits include voice work for "Let's Go Luna" and "Anne with an E" as well as roles on "Forensic Factor" and "Cold Blood." She played the role of Mrs. Curtis in the film "The Auction" which went on to win multiple best short film awards. Danielle is a proud member of Actra and the Canadian Actors Equity Association. She continues to work in regional and summer theatre whenever she can. She is also an administrator, a communication coach, and a simulator for experiential learning in medical education, pharmaceutical, law, and social work, and she volunteers for Progress Toronto. Danielle lives in Toronto with her husband, film music composer Amin Bhatia.
