PlayStation 4 owners who are trying to log into “Fortnite” on Switch are finding their accounts won’t work on Nintendo’s platform.
Kinda Funny Games’ Greg Miller posted a screen grab of the error message. “Login failed,” it reads. “This ‘Fortnite’ account is associated with a platform which does not allow it to operate on Switch. Neither the ‘Fortnite’ website nor Epic Customer Service are able to change this. To play ‘Fortnite’ on Switch, please create a new account.”
.@PlayStation, fix this.
Not allowing me to sign-in to Fortnite Switch with my Epic account because it's linked to PS4 is tone deaf and points more to fear than market dominance.
It does the opposite of what you want — it makes me think about moving to Xbox for Fortnite. pic.twitter.com/D9xqv9aWdF

I have no idea just how many hours of my life I’ve spent pretending to be a rock star with the Rock Band series. It’s to the point where Rock Band 4 is easily my most anticipated release of the year. I’ve got my old Dlc downloaded and my drum and guitar controllers are ready to go on the Xbox One as I eagerly awaiting the game’s release tomorrow.
In fact, I am so eager to learn more about the game that I contacted Harmonix, whose PR and Communications Lead, Nick Chester, was kind enough to answer a few questions. While most of the answers he gave me are more confirmation of things we already know, I did learn a few interesting things.
For example, ever wonder why The Who are the only band to appear in every main Rock Band game?
“Just a coincidence. We have a lot of fans,...

As anyone with a Twitter account following a healthy amount of celebrities, movie journalists and just plain ol' nerds knows, you don't really have to be at Comic-Con to feel like you're at Comic-Con. Despite the notoriously spotty WiFi and cell service surrounding Hall H (that mecca of geekdom at the center of the four-day event), tweets a-plenty flow from the Con. And with approximately 130,000 attendees flowing through each year, you've gotta bet that there are some real knee-slappers in there.
Here are our favorite tweets from San Diego Comic-Con 2013.
The further into the #HallH tents we go, the more it smells like unshowered sleep. #Sdcc
