He performed in numerous theatre shows. While pursuing his love for acting, he did some modeling. - Ernie has performed in two art installations for renowned video artist Bill Viola. The first was " The Voyage," which was part of the exhibit called "Going Forth By Day" at the Guggenheim Museum during 2002 in New York City. The second was "Observance," which was part of the exhibit "The Passions" at the J. Paul Getty Museum during 2003 in Los Angeles.
