Daisica L. Smith was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and has always had
a passion for acting since the age of three years old. She recently
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia College Chicago with a
Bachelors in Theater and a concentration in Acting. She represented
Columbia College Chicago as a two time Liberace Scholar. Daisica has
appeared in several plays which include the classic Tennessee Williams'
play, Street Car Named Desire, For Colored Girls and Ragtime: the
Musical. In 2007, Daisica starred in her first film entitled My First
Tooth which premiered at the Memphis Film Festival in April of 2009 and
will compete in the Los Angeles Film Festival this June. Currently,
Daisica is living in Chicago, Illinois pursuing her acting career.
