- Meredith Hodges, eldest daughter of Charles M. Schulz, lives in Loveland, Colorado. Inspired by her mother Joyce Doty, she has made her mark as a breeder, trainer and international promoter of mules and donkeys for the past 35 years and is know as the foremost authority on the contemporary saddle mule in the world today. To date, she has published six books on training and five children's books in her Jasper the Mule series that have also been adapted to animation for television. She has developed the first equine correspondence training course in her 10-part video series and has produced 48 television shows for the Training Mules & Donkeys series, Those Magnificent Mules series and the Jasper the Mule series for RFD-TV (Dishnet Ch. 231, Direct TV Ch. 379) over the past nine years.
