Moved from New York to Arizona in 1945 and became involved in local theater in Phoenix. There, she married and later had a family. In the 1960's, she was a member of several productions of the Actors Inner Circle Theater, where she worked with
Nick Nolte, who had moved there in fall 1966. In spring of 1968, Walt Disney Productions came to Phoenix as a base from which to film "The Feather Farm," a segment of
The Feather Farm (1969) about ostrich ranchers in the early 1900s. Nolte, Fabricant and other members of the AIC were featured in the film. It was Nolte's second screen credit and Fabricant's only filmed credit.
