Sammy Silver is a Director, Executive Producer, and Creative Executive based in New York City. With over 20 years of experience, he has played a vital role in the success of numerous television series, live events, global campaigns, and independent films. His responsibilities have included overseeing the creative direction and production of new and original series, long and short-form digital content, promo campaigns and launches, live events, original documentaries, and commercials. He has worked with major networks and content providers such as ABC/ESPN, NBC Universal, HBO, Warner Media, Disney, and top ad agencies and collectives. Sammy's collaborative approach and understanding of the value of creative partnerships have led to award-winning programming and recognition, including 5 Emmys, 11 Emmy nominations (including the 2024 nomination for In The Air Tonight Open featuring Chris Stapleton & Snoop Dogg) Clio awards, Promax, and NYF awards. Some of his previous collaborations and original content include projects with Monday Night Football, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter's "Black Is King" campaign featuring Grammy Award-Winning Poet J. Ivy, the XFL relaunch with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "The Sopranos," "Real Time with Bill Maher," the John Legend Christmas launch, theatrical collaborations with Cirque Du Soleil, Matilda The Musical, Stomp!, and Sleep No More. And Live Events with the NFL, NBA, MLS, The Grand Slam, Olympics, NFL Superbowl, and BCS. , Most recently, he executive produced the opening ceremonies for The United Nations featuring Black Pink, Judith Hill & many more. Sammy resides in New York City, where he founded The Electric Elephant in 2015, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Sammy's early beginnings began producing sold-out concerts and live shows at The University of Florida with artists such as The Rolling Stones, Notorious B.I.G., Phish, Lenny Kravitz, Radiohead, Dave Matthews Band, Sting, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Smashing Pumpkins & Adam Sandler.
