A 12-time Emmy Award nominee and 4-time Emmy winner, Mr. Altfeld has
written, produced, and/or directed more than 4,000 TV programs since

business, he created and launched the first cable network in the
country dedicated to programming for the deaf and hard of hearing
community in 1979. For eight years he operated a production company in
Reno, NV with producer Temma Keatan Hammond and is President & CEO of
Liberty Film & TV, a full-service production company in Los Angeles. In
addition to his Emmy Awards, he has received multiple Telly Awards,
Communicator Awards, and WorldFest Houston Remi Awards. His film
credits include "Rock and Roll - The Movie" (2010), "Dream In American"
(2011), and "Grooming Giselle" (2012) -- all produced through Saddle
Ranch Productions. As for his acting credits, he often appears in a
small role in films and TV productions that he produces or directs.
