A 13-year-old Pennsylvania boy is dead and his 14-year-old friend is now facing criminal charges following an accidental shooting Sunday evening that has stunned the small community of Mount Pleasant. On Monday, John Burnsworth, 14, learned that he would be charged as an adult for fatally shooting James Gustafson, 13, in the face, People confirms. Criminal homicide and weapons possession charges were filed on Monday against Burnsworth, who is a student at Mount Pleasant Area Junior-Senior High School.
