Hackers took down Sony's PlayStation Network for several hours on Sunday night, a company spokeswoman confirmed on Monday. The attack appears unrelated to recent attacks against Sony's network. "The ability to access our network services was temporarily impacted due to a distributed denial-of-service attack. We have seen no evidence of any intrusion to the network and no evidence of any unauthorized access to users’ personal information," Jennifer Clark, PlayStation's senior director of corporate and product communications, told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement.
