Exclusive: Todd Eisner, a 30-year veteran talent agent, has resigned from A3 Artists Agency, where he was a Senior Agent in the Los Angeles talent department for almost seven years, to join the Paradigm Talent Agency.
“Paradigm has long admired Todd as an industry veteran who brings an exceptional work ethic and passion for his clients to everything he does,” the agency’s Partner Jim Dempsey said in a statement to Deadline. “With the same artist-first approach, Todd will be an excellent addition to our team of entrepreneurial representatives.”
Over the past year, Paradigm has been staffing up with the hires of Chris Till and Neil A. Cohen and Varun Monga, and internal promotions including elevating 14 agents to Partner.

Cohen’s over 25 years of experience in entertainment spans talent agencies, where she spent the last two decades, casting, and management. Most recently, Cohen was a partner and served as Co-head of the talent department at A3 Artists Agency, which she joined in 2019, prior to its rebranding from Abrams Artists Agency. Before that, Cohen served as SVP of talent at Buchwald for six years. She began her agenting career at Kohner where she spent 11 years.

Exclusive: Rachael Leigh Cook, star of ‘90s movies including She’s All That, has signed a wide-ranging deal with Fox’s Marvista Entertainment.
The pact will see Cook develop, produce and act in a number of projects including a holiday film and There She Goes (w/t), a feature loosely based on her real-life experiences.
It comes as Cook is starring in Netflix’s A Tourist’s Guide to Love, which launches this month.
The deal is one of the highest profile partnerships unveiled by Marvista Entertainment since it was acquired by Fox Entertainment in December 2021.
Leigh Cook will develop and produce several projects across genres over the next few years via her production company Ben’s Sister Productions. She will work in front of and behind the camera.

Brad William Henke, who was a defensive end in the NFL before launching an acting career that included such television series as Lost, Justified and Orange Is the New Black, has died. He was 56.
Henke’s agent Sheree Cohen told The Hollywood Reporter that the performer died Tuesday in his sleep. The cause of death was not provided.
He played prison guard Desi Piscatella on Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black over seasons four and five. Henke was among the series’ co-stars to be awarded with the Screen Actors Guild Award for best cast in a comedy in 2016.
